Staff and facility nice and friendly. Food was overpriced and okay. The resort is not located near the main areas of town or anything worth seeing. Other big issue is the fact that their airport "courtesy" van only starts running at 8am not when needed.

After a long day on the road from Yosemite it was disappointing to discover only one of the two restaurants open - and a lengthy wait too. For a hotel of this size I would have expected more options than a sports bar and the lobby as a place to eat. Rooms good and well maintained. Pool area a little...

The hotel staff was excellent, the room was very comfortable with a great view of the golf course. It was centrally located to all the places that we wanted to visit in Monterey and an easy drive to Big Sur.

Hotel stay was great. Not your typical Hyatt, but great nonetheless. The Fire pit is an awesome place to spend your evenings. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and met every need. Please visit the gift shop and purchase a smore kit for the fire pit.

The best value for wonderful accommodations with all that you could ever want, plus the beauty of being on a golf course. Close to everywhere you want to visit in the area. The aquarium, Carmel, Pacific Grove, and the 17 Mile Drive. For the most serene, quiet stay book a room on the golf course. Great staff, bar and food...

Ok. So it's a large chain, and a bit corporate. The WiFi is good and free. The rooms a decent size, and clean . As with this type of hotel most other bits are not free. The place is made up of different blocks that are connected to the lobby. Ours was no 1, and was a bit of a...

Stayed here for a conference with reduced rates. I would have been a bit disappointed had it been my personal funds being used. While the beds are GREAT, the rooms seemed tired and needed fresh carpets and tile. The "rain shower" is not what I know as a true rain shower. The rooms get a little warm at night without...

I was here for a conference. The hotel was not well laid out for a conference, in that half the conference rooms were in its conference center, and the remaining rooms were a long walk away in the Reception building. There are some 22 residential buildings on the property. Some are very close to Highway 1. We couldn't leave our...

We stayed here as passing through. Slightly out of town, but only 5 min drive. Monteray has plenty of parking. Check-in was pleasant and simple, the room super - a good size for a family of four sharing two double beds. These were extremely comfortable and the bathroom lovely. The bar and outside areas perfect and their happy hour wines...
