Spent two nights for an anniversary. The rustic original old west feel was amazing. This is not a Hilton/Marriott, but the value we received was the best I've ever had. We received a $30 credit toward dining and wasn't sure what to expect. The cuisine was diverse, well-priced and simply amazing. The best value and most entertaining experience we've had...

We arrived mid-afternoon, check in was very easy and our room (the Boitano Suite) was ready for us. The room was lovely and we had a good laugh about the "squeaky" wooden floor. To sit out on the veranda we had to climb through our bathroom window Which we did to read and enjoy a glass of wine. On Sunday...

The people were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quaint and inviting. With no TV or phone you are forced to relax and enjoy the simple things. DINNER AT THE WHITEWATER IS A MUST, reasonably priced and the quality and taste are easily comparable to any 5 star restaurant. Chef Louie is great and talented. Even if you are...

Greeted by the owner who personally showed us the room. It was a Living Social deal that provided so much for so little. Bottle of wine at check-in, a $30 meal credit & they were very flexible with the dates. The restaurant was tasty & I felt I was in someone's lovely backyard while enjoying the pool. Surprisingly large rooms...

We stayed here for two nights during the week as part of a Living Social deal. When we arrived we were greeted enthusiastically and were able to get into our room (# 1) early. Our room overlooked the Main Street and the large balcony which was in front of several rooms could be accessed through one of the room windows....

There are a few things, minor cosmetics, that they could do to improve this hotel. I really like the service. The pool is prefect on a hot foothills day. The restaurant has good food. The bar is super cool. We came with a groupon and enjoyed this place very much.

Rustic old historic hotel. Creaky floors and stories of ghosts. Could use a little TLC but overall a neat old rustic hotel with a very good restaurant, fun bar and very friendly people. Great patio and pool area. A great experience for those who appreciate the gold rush history and historic properties

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in July as an anniversary trip using a Living Social Deal. We paid extra for the Courtyard Room, which was very nice. The staff was very friendly for the duration of our stay. We had a nice anniversary dinner at the restaurant. They overcooked one of the items, but when we...

We stayed here for 2 nights on one of the best groupon deals I've ever purchased: 2 nights @ $99 *plus* a $30 dining credit at the Hotel's restaurant (very solid and decently priced food) *and* a bottle of quite quaffable wine and snacks; any quibbles below aside, I'd unequivocally recommend this deal if you can get it. The last...
