We spent one night at the Didjeridoo Dreamtime Inn and enjoyed our brief stay. We arrived late at night but were able to contact the innkeeper easily and were let in quickly. Our room, on the second floor, was very roomy and nice. We had an en suite bathroom which was also appreciated as some of the rooms in the...

Was really lovely great food lovely clean rooms would come again thank you. Only one thing to work one is a table cloth on your table for breakfast. It would add a touch of elegance that would fit nicely. Everyone eats together for breakfast so that's a fun time to meet other people.

We stayed 3 nights at the Didjeridoo Inn and enjoyed every minute. Our room (#68) faced the street and the ocean but was very quiet because that's how Mendocino is - a peaceful and beautiful place overlooking the Pacific. The Inn is in an historic building so has that kind of old-fashioned charm. The owners have put in new carpets,...

We stayed here three nights and wish we could have stayed another week or more. They have coffee at 8am, and house made breakfast every morning around 9 with local treats thrown in like french toast from the local bakery. Nice view from the front porch and their lawn chairs facing south. Our room had a very nice spa bath...

We stayed here 3 nights in July. Ray and Charles were 2 really cool guys and we enjoyed talking with them and they had some great advice about the area. The breakfasts were very tasty. Ray & Charles brought in local performers to entertain the guests during breakfast. One morning it was a lady (I forgot her name) playing her...

There's not enough room to write. All I can say my dog Riley and I had a wonderful and serene time. Charles and his wife were delightful. Yes this is an old house, built in 1881. How would any of look if we lived until 134 years of age!!!! Mendocino is like "Brigadoon" by the sea and the Didjeridoo Dreamtime...

So disapointing to choose this Inn over a cheaper one only for the fact it had a hottub and a fireplace, only to find out none of them were working. Asking for a refund got me nowhere as I was told I should have called for help when I discovered they weren't working. This although there was no phone in...

Good News! Your Gas stove and Jetted tub worked just fine! Seems like you not asking for help but demanding a refund was the problem. CHEAP Loving-Kindness Charles @ Didjeridoo

The Didjeridoo Dreamtime Inn is fantastic! We've stayed in quite a few B&B's in Mendocino and this one was by far the best experience. Super clean, updated rooms. Very comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast comes with your stay and is excellent! The morning we left, a local woman was in the breakfast room playing a...

the city is old, the house is, the rooms are... but hey, this is Mendocino ! It has something, not sure what yet, but whatever... for the price you pay you should expect something !! the breakfast ? well, it was something, out of the usual stuff... but for that price ? the rooms ? Well, they're ancient (we're from...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Great Food, Art, Music and Vibes await you at Didjeridoo. Set just across the road from the ocean bluffs and the oldest Presbyterian church in California our spot in the village is cool. Walk to great eateries and all the local shops or relax and meditate in our beautiful gardens and historic lobby. See local art displayed in our relaxed lobby, break bread with us at our open pot-lucks & drink wine with us :) If you play bring your instruments, music happens here. Didjeridoo is perfect for weddings, reunions, small private parties and any other happenings that need to be in a place of love and beauty. Our rooms are great too! They range from quaint to fancy, some Victorian some simple and zen, all beautiful. We are Mendo people and want your visit to our village to be special and cherished. Peace Please note Didjeridoo is not a place that uptight conservative people will enjoy, in fact they will write bad reviews and hate it like they hate many things in life. Didjeridoo is most enjoyed by cool people looking for a nice stay in a beautiful place in an extremely friendly environment. ... more   less
