Matthew the front desk supervisor always goes above and beyond to make sure me and my girlfriends stay are exceptional. He really has a personal touch that shows he cares and that he takes his roles there seriously. Definitely would recommend staying here!
This place is amazing. Front desk supervisor Matt is awesome does everything to help take care and provide as much help as he can. Goes above and beyond!! Will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future!
I would like to start off by saying that Matt at the front counter is by far the most customer service oriented person I have come across. This guy really goes out of his way for the customer. Our room was spotless with fresh linens, a stylish look and an incredible view of the city. If you are visiting L.A. you must stay here.
My husband and I booked our first trip to la in order to spend New Years Eve with my bother who lives 30 minutes outside of la. our plan was not arriving to lax until 9:30pm on 12/31/20. so we decided to contact The Angeleno to inform of the late check in so that our room would be held until we arrived. i spoke with a represenitive named "Brandon". who assured me that this would be fine and that our "king city view suite" would be waiting on us once we arrived. after getting our baggage and the rental car, we arrived at The Angeleno arrived 10:45pm. we were informed by "Brandon" that our suite was no longer available and that all they had left was a twin double bed room. we we'er livid this was our first trip to la and our room had been given away that we called previously to ensure that it would be ready. my husband was so upset that Brandon cleaned a room that a guest had just checked out which took close to an hour. therefore we spent our NYE in the lobby of The Angeleno. not only that our 2nd day there the valet attendant lost the keys to our vehicle causing us to be late to the airport to pick up a family member. then after check i noticed a charge on my banking statement that shouldn't have been there being that we had already prepaid for our stay there. i called and spoke with the supervisor "Matthew who assured me that the charges would be refunded and we still have yet to see this refund. it was the worst experience ever....i would never stay here again nor would i recommend it to anyone else.…
