We stayed here for one night with our kids after reading all the suberb reviews. Excellent location on walking distance from the Hollywood 'circus'. The welcome was great. It's pleasant to be really welcomed in a hotel - including a 'champagne' and treat for the...More

The MC is in a decent area but you need to keep your eyes open at all times. Hollywood Blvd is 2 blocks away which will be a different adventure. Public transportation is available but I suggest you use UBER to go to attractions. Driving can be stressful if you have never drove in the states. I was in Australia for a month and it took me a week to get adjusted to your driving. FYI, the MC has Vegamite in a tube for breakfast. Welcome to the USA!
