Booked the room because the hotel looked somewhat hip, and the price was right. Thank goodness the room clerk put us in the renovated section: "Deluxe Room" I am guessing the poor reviews are for older section. Really pretty bare bones as hotels/motels go, but it was very clean and had a large flat screen TV. Having quality mattress and...

When we arrived at the hotel we were very surprised, it was a huge parking lot with some unconnected structures next to it, looked a lot like a motel. The reception was pretty nice, and the people checked us in quickly, which was good. However, the whole feel of the place was cheap and dirty, the pool looked 20 years...

The renovated rooms are nice and if it is one of the deluxe rooms then it is in a more secure part of the hotel with internal hallways. The rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors are extremely noisy with all rooms having wooden floors so even bare foot walking around is noisy. We asked for a refund after our...

This place is a con. Pictures are faked. Looks great but in reality it is very tired and run down. We arrived and asked for a renovated room but none available. Got a twin with a bath at floor level and peeling wallpaper. Just a tip, really. No point in going on and on. It is a disgrace and in...

This was a nice place to sleep. Our room was very quiet and it did not sound like we were in the middle of a city. My one complaint is that on hotels.com it said that this place has laundry service. They do not have it. This is an important detail if you are at a point in your trip...

I found the staff yo be friendly and always willing to accommodate and give assistance. I am a caribbean born and the people are always smiling so it gives me great pleasure to be greeted with sincere and warm smiles which made me feel welcomed What i would further say, is that the hotel amenities are in serious need of...

The area is on the edge of skid row. The drivers we had would not put us out on the street front but drove to entrance (5 metres away) and waited for us to go in. That should be enough. Had u renovated room 3rd floor and was adequate. Bonus microwave, coffee maker and fridge. It's a hotel room. The...

The neighbourhood the hotel is in is rather ordinary... ok, it's a dive... but the hotel itself more than makes up for it. Parking comes at a fee, but the rooms are clean and provide everything necessary. They talk a big game on their free breakfast and it doesn't disappoint. It's continental so I wasn't expecting much but if you...

I found a pretty good deal for one night at this hotel in December for 89$ for their delux room. The room itself was very nice with modern furniture and art work. It was also clean and the shower had dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash from what looked like a boutique style store. The only two draw backs...

The location was perfect, if you have a car you can reach all the tourist places within mins if you don't have one, you have a metro nearby and it takes you everywhere. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, the neighborhood isn't the nicest looking, but inside, the rooms were renovated, clean, and modernized. For the price, it...
