What a great place to stay in LA. Turn right and you get to CBS Studios and The Grove Shopping Centre and The Farmers Market. Turn left and you get to Macy's, Bloomingdales and a whole host of great shops. Right next door is a fab deli:diner - Swingers. They even park your car for you at $22 a day....

I stayed at BLMH for two nights after staying at a large conference hotel in Pasadena. I prefer smaller more manageable hotels when traveling on my dime. I really liked the retro vibe. Rooms were recently remodeled and nicely done. As noted in other reviews the shower was very large as was the bath generally. I had a king size...

The location is Amazing the night staff at the hotel was very helpful when i checked in. The room was clean comfortable the overall stay was Great. Once i checked out i saw a charge on my account for $200. I called the front desk to inquire what the charge was for. He told me we have fined you for...

I had read both positive and negative reviews of this place. We had both positive and negative experiences. Positive: nice staff, good location for our purposes, and loved the diner/restaurant. Negative: angry guy screaming and pounding on door for 20 minutes in pool area (with no staff action), bedbugs. We moved to another hotel - much, much better experience.

We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. It would have been nice if there was a mirror in the room (3 females trying to get ready), but that is my only complaint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great area. It wasn't too far to Hollywood Blvd.

Visited this week for a one night stay. We were visiting the space shuttle, and wanted to have dinner at the stinking rose, so decided to spend the night in LA instead of driving home. Found this place online and I love the vibe. early 60's cool, like a set from 'Catch me if you can'. Some mixed reviews, but...

The beds were comfy, however you have to request more coffee each day. The room was clean enough, but you have to request an iron and coffee supplies each day. It was an average motel with the attached restaurant being the best part.

We stayed for 10 nights and I am not a person that complains. Usually I don't rate with 1 star and let it go. My wife, and both my children were bitten by bedbugs. After we started investigating bedbugreports in the internet we could find that this issue is in this "hotel" since 2005 over and over again. So they...

We were very impressed with the retro vibe at the Beverly Laurel. Beds were super comfortable. Decor was a little funky with muted shades and a happy face pillow on the bed. Pool offered a cool look at night with the poolside lighting and lots of chairs. Was a little noisy at night with other patrons arriving back later in...

Not sure, how this place has good reviews but there is nothing good about it!! First of all, it's a MOTEL not a hotel so don't be shocked once you check in!!! Second of all, it's not all that clean, the cleaning lady, just front of me left the disgusting toilet brush on the carpet and didn't vacuum the carpet...
