The Sheraton was a pleasant stay. Room is large and modern. Only complaint is bathroom lighting is not great. No lighting near makeup mirror, making it worthless.
Relatively quiet. Good bedding. All in all, not remarkable but good.

Sheraton Grand is one of the best hotel I've visited so far. Minnie is one of the amazing staff members at the Sheraton Grand. She provides an incredible service at the lounge. I'm very much impressed by the hotel staff and the food they serve.

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.

It's pretty safe in and around the hotel, however, I would not venture out past 2 blocks from the hotel's perimeter because the neighborhood gets sketchy after venturing farther than 2 blocks away from the hotel. Hotel security is good so no worries there. There is great shopping within safe walking distance.
