Stay here for business occasionally. Rooms are always clean and the fixtures are new as of this writing. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is light, and the orange juice is good. Location on PCH is busy but close to shopping and resturants. Always cool...More
This is a very nice motel conveniently located to visit the LA area. Although it's situated next to the main road (Pacific Coast Hwy), it was very quiet. The room was perfectly clean and bathroom looked recently renovated. There was indeed a modern flat screen...More
This is a "motel" and, If you have no problem with that, this motel comes highly recommended for good reason. The only critics of this venue are those comparing this property to a "hotel". If you are looking for a hotel with all the amenities...More
I stayed at this motel for five nights, and it was a real find. It was by far the most inexpensive stay I've had in L.A., and I sacrificed very little in terms of comfort. It is definitely a motel and not a hotel, so...More

I would contact a tour company. This motel is not located close to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, or the major studios, nor is it close to convenient public transport. But it is in a nice residential area of the South Bay convenient to beaches and the coast, a major shopping center in Torrance (Del Amo), decent restaurants, and not far from the hills of the Palos Verdes peninsula, where you can get great views of Los Angeles and the Pacific coast. It is a good value for what you get, which is why I like it. I used to live in the area. My suggestion is to rent a car and navigate the freeways to where you want to go. If you want a hotel/motel close to the major studios like Universal or attractions like Disneyland, you'll pay much more and get less.
