Overall, this hotel is extremely nice and I would recommend. The location is near the freeway but can’t really hear the noise once inside the room. Parking lot is a bit on smaller side but didn’t have a problem. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Location was excellent, freeway got to all the major places I needed to go within a couple minutes for LA traffic.

This hotel is located in a convenient location nearby Eaglerock shopping center/mall good restaurants and shops. Love the area as it is a hidden jewel in the part of Glendale that meets Eaglerock. I always stay there when I'm in the area.

The best Western plus provided a pleasant stay where it's staff were very professional, informative, and friendly. The room was extremely clean and comfy. For sc-fi fans out there will be pleased that Best Western Plus's cable provider includes the Sc-Fi channel.

Hotel room catered to our needs. Hot buffet breakfast was a plus. Request for a crib for an 8 month old baby was accommodated at no cost. Location was near restaurants and close to our Thanksgiving family gathering. Parking fee of $9 was fine considering it is LA area.

I expected a hotel, but this was more a motel. The room on the first night had a lot of cleanliness issues, though the shower seemed newly renovated. I complained to the staff the next day and they properly cleaned the room.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good, they had many options from cold to hot foods. I felt like breakfast started a little late @7am, but that was fine. The location was good it was near the freeway and a lot of restaurants close by.

This hotel was convenient to the freeway, food and shopping and not far from downtown Glendale but was basically an old motor lodge that had been updated and didn't feel much like a BW "Plus." Minuses - parking is not free, it was fairly noisy, the free breakfast was only offered from 7-9 weekdays, the pool closed early and the parking spaces were tiny. On the plus side, the room was comfortable (albeit with odd lighting options and an AC unit that had all the buttons rubbed off so you couldn't read what they did), most of the amenities worked and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I know when staying at a Best Western you cannot expect a whole lot but this place is bottom of the Best Western barrel. Dirty, run-down, small stinky rooms, and apathetic staff. I think I will never be able to stay in Best Western again after this experience. I booked my room ahead of time, a big mistake,.I ended up paying way more ( $163) than the people who booked the week ($115). As I was checking in and it was obvious my stay was 50% more than everyone else the response. That never feels good. On top of that, the first room they gave us was a storage room, literally, with boxes of coffee pots to the ceiling! Of course, I asked to speak to a manager but was told no managers would be on duty until after i check out the next day.
