This hotel is a gem! Wonderful location, spacious rooms, and most importantly, amazing service. My entire experience in this hotel has been amazing. Not only is this hotel amazing, but they have a helipad, where you can elope on, have your proposal, have a photoshoot or even a filming. Cecile and Rachel are two ladies I have had the pleasure working with when hosting my events on the helipad. They are communicative, organized, and such sweet women to work with. Rachel, thank you so much for keeping everything so organized not only during my events, but during my stay at the hotel as well :)
Our son just returned from a stay here and accidentally left his clear invisalign retainers in a glass on the bathroom counter. Fortunately the room had not been cleaned by the time he was back in Florida and realized. He called the hotel at 4am Sunday their time and was put through to Raul Rubio in the Security Department. He took it upon himself to go out of his way to find the retainers and notify us immediately by email and phone as he knew they would be expensive to replace. He provided us with information to arrange for shipping and was in touch with me every step of the way, including a follow up reminder Monday morning letting me know he didn't forget and him personally going to Fedex to drop off the retainers for shipping. Unfortunately, it is extremely rare to find this kind of personal service and I am extremely impressed by this gentleman who could not have been happier to help! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but Raul most certainly deserved some recognition!!!…
We needed to get away during covid and wanted something alittle nicer On line they toted all these amenities which were closed when we got there like the gym, breakfast service that was supposed to be included. They did not notify us before we came and we were expecting breakfast, but then they had signs up that they cancelled everything because of covid. Then they charged hundreds of dollars for parking and Resort fee, but the only resort thing they had open was the pool. They charged $20 for movie rental. Felt used and ripped off by the time we left.
I booked this hotel for two nights to begin my trip. I was shocked that this hotel was priced so well, but I can see why after checking in. When pulling up to the hotel you will be impressed and the lobby is full of colorful art which, is nice to look at. The check in was a bit slow until second desk agent decided to come out of the back and check us in. I was “impressed” to see “penthouse” when the elevator opened to my room. I can’t speak for other floors, but the top “penthouse” floor was outdated and appeared original. The room was small and the windows have a slant (as you can see that all the top rooms have from the exterior). The slant in the windows doesn’t allow the room to have total blackout to sleep. Through the night, I am not sure if the walls are super thin, but the neighbors disturbed us throughout the night. I went to the front desk the following morning and asked to be moved because of the loud neighbors, but again the front desk agent was no where to be found. After ringing a bell for the second time, he came out and told me that the neighbors checked out so that should solve the problem. The bedding was comfortable except the head of the bed does not touch the wall. There is a large outlet box causing a gap between the mattress and the wall. The pillows do fall into the crack throughout the night (request extra pillows to fill the gap). Due to COVID I was unable to use or explore what else the hotel had to offer other than the lobby and small outdated room. I have to say I was excited for this stay due to the photos of this hotel, but I will not be staying here again. …
This hotel delivers. I have been on a month trip going from LA to Grand Canyon, Zion Park and then Vega. In Vegas I stayed in Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and Caesar palace. All of which had their unique features, however, the service that I received in Sofitel specially from Raul Rubio (Security Agent) and his boss was phenomenal. I was running my meeting in the lobby when I was approached by a very nice gentleman who offered me a nice quiet place for my meeting. Rahul took the lead and showed me the way. They gave an entire second floor where I was the only one in the east wing the entire day. Rahul came to check on me numerous times, brought me Latte and his favorite drink and a couple of waters. It was also one of the only hotels that almost in every corner it had hand sanitizer. It was a great stay and a fantastic service. Thank you all…
