Stayed overnight on business that I had in Century City. I've been here before and have always been treated well. The room was spacious, it had enough outlets, looked modern. Really, no complaints at all. The concierge was helpful; the staff always seems ready to lend a hand. Valet service was good. I wish I had a longer stay! Highly...

I stayed at this hotel in a recent business trip. The lobby bar scene was vibrant and gave a welcoming vibe whenever I arrived back at the facility. The room was clean, the bed comfy and the service attentive. Unfortunately, the weather in LA was cold and the windows that lined the entire room did not retain the heat, which...

Stayed for two nights for national board meeting. Comfortable room, very friendly and accommodating service. AV team was helpful. Food was great, much better than other properties i've stayed in. Definitely a positive experience.

Booked for bed and breakfast but practically the first thing we were told, after arriving from London, was a reservation was needed for breakfast. Then reception informed us there were no reservations available! So we paid to have it in our room. Hotel was exceptionally crowded. We had dinner in a very busy bar where the very helpful waitress, Yvette,...

Everything was excellent at the InterContinental. We changed our room with no issues due to being by the elevator at first. The bed was super comfortable. Rooms all have balconies with great views of LA. The location is close to Beverly Hills, Holywood, Santa Monica Pier, The Grove, LACMA, etc. Hotel has a free shuttle (in a Tesla) within 1.5...

I stayed here because it was close to my meeting location. What a wonderful stay. The staff was awesome including the front desk gentleman who upgraded me without asking. I enjoyed my stay and will use this as my choice for all LA visits.

Likes this hotel a lot. I had a super room (up high as i had requested) and all the staff were excellent. Pool and gym (both a little small but adequate) in the hotel plus a Spa (with a great Steam Room). Food in Maris was substantial and great quality (although service could sometime be painfully slow, despite the restaurant...

This hotel has very nice rooms with balconies and great views. It has a free car service that will take you anywhere within about a 1.5 or 2 mile radius. However, there is only 1 car available for everyone so you might have to wait a period of time before it is available, especially in picking you up from your...

“The only disappointment I had was the uncomfortable and sub-par casual chair which was in my room. No doubt, in this regard the hotel went for style over comfort. I was upgraded to a beautiful room with a large outdoor terrace, but when I wanted to watch the news or other television offerings the only casual chair in the room was of low quality and low comfort. Although this is a small thing to some people, for those who enjoy a quiet evening in, the comfort is diminished. If the room is occupied by a couple, well, adequate and comfortable casual seating is left wanting and adequate.”
