The hotel served its purpose for our couple of days in Hollywood as we were after a hotel with easy access to Universal Studios. We arrived very early (flights from Australia land in LA before the sun comes up)! I wasn't expecting a room to...More
I booked 4 rooms for our group. The "check in" receptionist was very kind and promised me that the next day we can check out at 12:00 instead of 11:00am and also that we can leave all our bags in the reception ... since our...More

The bus stop for the LAX FlyAway bus to LAX airport is located at the northeast corner of Selma Ave. and Argyle Ave., one block south of Hollywood Blvd., a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Fare is $8 one-way. It's also possible to use the LA Metro for even less but that will require 3 subway trips and a shuttle bus -- a long, cumbersome process. I did it when I was in L.A., but I wouldn't do it again.
