Nice style to the hotel. Very good accommodating staff. Strange centrally controlled heating and cooling system in the rooms. We just asked for a fan which we kept in our room for the duration of our stay. Everything we asked for was supplied (iron and board, water, ice). Would go back as it is in a very good location.

I booked this off hotels tonight. Big mistake!!! If you book off hotels tonight, don't expect hotels tonight to fix any problems. They make you fix all the problems and basically wash their hands of the issue once your card is charged. Big bait and switch here. The hotel itself is ridiculous - 309 bucks and no AC in the...

Dear neerajkarhade, We are sorry to hear that you were frustrated with your stay, unfortunately we cannot comment to your experience with Hotel Tonight as they are a separated company to ours. As for air conditioning while there aren’t thermostats in our rooms our front desk team is always happy to adjust the temperature if requested. I would have to...

Convenient location in Melrose, some blocks away from Paramount Pictures to the east and LACMA to the south - naturally with LA size and distances. Interiors are elegant and quirky, old fashioned and retro details make it all a cool hip destination in itself. Private parking available (and suggested) at 20$ per day. Many talks about noise and paper thin...

Stayed here a few days ago for 3 days with my son. Location is excellent for Fairfax shops, the Grove, Farmers Market and Melrose shops and restaurants. We also walked to hollywood walk of fame. Hotel itself, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean, only downside was no drawers or cupboard, we lived out of suitcases which...

Hi WinkyL, We are so happy to hear you and your son enjoyed your vacation and took advantage of our awesome neighborhood! I will pass your kind words onto the staff. Our wardrobes at Palihotel have baskets as opposed to drawers, and the closet has no doors but we promise is fully operational to hang clothes on (we can talk...

The hotel is very nicely designed. It is also well-located, in a fun area of LA (on Melrose). The room was clean. However, I reserved an off-street facing room, because I am a light-sleeper, but was told when I checked in that 'that type of room wasn't available'. My street-facing room was noisy and I did not sleep well. If...

I have now stayed at Palihotel four times and it is always consistent and enjoyable. I like this location because you can actually get out and walk in LA. (Unheard of really..) It is located on Melrose and Fairfax and there are great bars, restaurants and stores all within easy walking distance. The parking for the car is easy and...

Hotel was very convenient to the West Hollywood area. Shopping, dinning and nightlife all within walking distance. Hotel staff was very helpful and parking was on site. Coffee in room with a small fridge. Bathroom was very nice and spacious. This was one of three Palihotels in the area. Starbucks within walking distance.

Stayed two nights in the middle of LA County's heatwave, and loved this place. Parking on site, and friendly, easy check-in. Good location, within walking distance of restaurants, and right on a main public transport route. Room was quirky, and eschews many of the unnecessary 'extras' of regular hotels, whilst still providing them for the few people who still want...

Stayed at Palihotel on Melrose for 3 nights, and it was a pleasant stay, the room was clean and had a great look. The thin walls weren't an issue for us.
