I stayed here with two friends during a trip at the end of high school... The area was perfect and quiet and there were excellent places to dine around, the room was very large and clean. The man at the reception was very kind and the price was low. For us girls it was great!
I am giving it a 5/5, based solely as it is a listed budget option that I have searched for within my price range. Booked for a night. Got the first room up the stairs which is rather big and spacious to my surprise . I did feel abit unsafe at the initial as i ve noticed the " open concept" back entrance to the car parking is next to the stairs, but all is good as there are security cameras all around. Slept through the night without any problems. Room does look old and tired. Got my own toiletries as im not expecting anything fancy to be provided. used on the towels. The old man, who im assuming is the manager / owner does look cranky but otherwise he is quite nice and accommodating.…
There are other places to stay This place is filthy and rundown Sheets don’t fit bed Carpet filthy Towels thin as Bathroom - well don’t shower in bare feet Air conditioner not working Noisy as a football stadium Will never stay again Manager was nice though Good walking distance to the Grove and farmers markets and other eateries…
Stayed here for 10 nights, and the only positives are that the bed was comfy with clean sheets. Dont expect any form or cleanliness or home comforts. Room smelt stale and in fresh. No kettle or coffee making facility in the room. A 70s style air con unit which was so loud we had to turn it off at night. We hired a car and the parking spaces are limited and for 'compact' cars only. A very tight squeeze for larger vehicles. Walking distance to The Grove which was well worth a visit. Only an ice machine in the small unkept courtyard and cans of fizzy drinks. I would not recommend this motel in it's current state of disrepair.…
Bathroom had blood splatters on door and handle's,light switch, urine on toilet seat. Dried oil and dirt at edge of door to bathroom and room entrance. What appeared to be sputum on sheer drapes at front window. After complaining to desk clerk he provided me with clean rages to clean the room which I did and dis-infected with 91% alcohol. We had no choice as we did not have time to find other housing as we had an 8:00 A.M. Doctors appointment. The sheets had been changed and were clean.…
