The customer service is horrible, long check in's, no answers when you call the front desk. The floor is so dirty in the room it turns your feet black. No one came to our room to remove the trash bins. Stayed two days. Beds are super small. Bathroom had mold. AC was broken. It felt like 87 degree's.

This is a good airport hotel. It has everything you would expect at an airport hotel. The bar/restaurant area was good. Arrived late night, slept over and were on our way the next day to San Diego. Shuttle bus was convenient. Price was goor (for a heavily overpriced LA hotel environment generally IMO!). Terrible service and rooms, are old and need manteinience. Had to wait 20 minutes to get a shower until they fixed, looks like a 2 star hotel. Had to turn off air conditioning because the fan was extremely noisy.
