This hotel was very clean and friendly staff that were willing to accomodate you with anything you need. From washing clothes and putting them back in your room, to calling taxis and checking in on you every day.

Since the reservation is a contract between you and the hotel, contract law, you likely will need to be of age 18. However, I would recommend calling the hotel to double check. (I'm a retired attorney and my answer is based on general contract law.).
