I loved it, check in was a tad dry. Could use some friendliness especially working in customer service. I did not like that there is no parking. You have to walk around and look or pay extra. If you are traveling and don’t have your own car, this is for you. Uber can drop you off with your carryons but if you drove.... be ready to walk to the hotel. At night is a tad scary.

Hello Robert thank you for your review. Glad you had a nice time but do apologize about the off-site parking next door to the hotel. We temporarily ceased valet parking due to the pandemic but should have it back by June. We also appreciate your candid remarks regarding your check-in experience and will use this feedback to follow-up internally. Thank you once again and we do hope you come back soon!

Prior to my arrival, I attempted to call the front desk multiple times and they never answered; not once. During my stay, I attempted to call here and there from the room and someone only answered one time. This left me on a position to either set aside my request / need or make the trip all the way downstairs to the lobby. It’s simply unacceptable. In today’s climate and world of hotels it’s unimaginable to not have regular access to ice. When I inquired with the front desk as to where I can fill an ice bucket (of which there was no container in the room), I was told I would have to go to the rooftop restaurant and ask them to fill ice in what I needed. That’s absolutely crazy for so many reasons, what if I needed ice outside of their operating hours which most days was from 2-10pm...

Me and my girlfriend had a great experience, we loved that the elevators needed a key card to use because it made us feel safe that no one random could be near our rooms. I would definitely book another stay here. 10/10

The hotel itself is nice. It's clean and we had minimal interaction with other guests making us feel very safe. The hotel staff are also kind and they were able to answer our questions quickly and efficiently. We were however, disappointed with the room. While it spacious and clean, we booked a corner deluxe king room with a skyline view and were disappointed to find that one side had been completely blocked by something on the outside. The pictures online and the room description made it seem like both sides of the walls would have big open windows. There were big open windows but only one side was visible. We were extremely disappointed by this. Furthermore, we expected a little more from their "plush robes" I would describe them as rough, hard towels. It was a decent stay. The room and arrangements were clean and comfortable, but we were extremely disappointed. Save yourselves the heartbreak and book yourself a regular room. That's what you're getting anyways.

Hello Tanya, We truly appreciate your feedback and are happy to see that, for the most part, you had a nice visit with us. We do apologize we could not get you up in a higher skyline view room. Our sincere apologies for this and we have noted your feedback in your guest profile. Please contact us ahead of you next visit and we will ensure that we give you a nice room with a view on a high floor. Again our apologies for any shortcomings and we are happy to make this up to you.

Daniel was nice! He was very patient with me when my card got declined. He gave me time to solve my problem, which I appreciate. He was indeed an Angel sent from heaven. His friend Dalvin was cool too.
