The 2 bedroom time share condo we stayed in (116) was Very Nice INSIDE. The Chalets are sitting in the bottom of a small wooded ravine or canyon. The real wood fireplace was great for the 23-degree night, but you must buy wood at store, and clean your own fireplace before leaving - tools supplied. The beds were firm, but...

The place is difficult to find. The rooms are in need of repairs and upgrading. If you arrive after 5pm. You are required to call the emergency number. Oh yes if you can locate the check in office as it is located in another location. Also when we finally got the check in information we found our room was already...

We spent a week in this comfortable condo. It has beds for four plus a hide-a-bed in the living room. Two bathrooms plus washer and dryer. Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. It has no view but is a five minute walk to the lake and 15 minutes to the village, groceries etc.

Our place was in great need of updating! Dirty, torn carpet. Large rooms, 2 bedroom, washer & dryer. Better than camping I guess! Close to arrowhead villages for shopping. Lake area was pretty but it's private so no beach area for kids. Water levels were low around the edge so no fishing.

Resort sits about 1 mile from Lake Arrowhead Village when the registration office is. Resort does not have a full time office and there are zero activities. There is a pool, sauna and activity room at end of property. None of these were particularly inviting to use. Due to the steep terrain units are parking are on different levels. We...

Don't drive directly to the condos. There is a check in office in the Village. The office is in the same parking lot with Stater Brothers - on the opposite side. We had unit 112. The 2 bedroom unit was at the end closest to the dumpsters, so it got noisy sometimes. Our unit was the furthest from the pool,...

OK, you need to know that we are Owners here for several years. I have spent 60+ years vacationing on this mountain, and this is probably one of the most nice efficient units you could find. The management is very nice, and they go out of their way to accommodate NICE PEOPLE. The property is very nice for Family use,...

Unit 303 is up a fairly steep hill and the management made no effort to remediate the snow and particularly the ice. I asked why there was no salt, sand or cinders and was told " we don't do those sorts of things up here", then walked out of the office to the cinder covered parking lot! It was a...

Nothing to do here. No view of lake from condo (not sure why they call them chalets). Lake with no access. Dried up beach. Game room from the 70's. Mandatory fee charged for cleaning but you have to take out the trash and do the dishes too. I don't know who they are marketing too but this place is dullsville.

Our stay at Lake Arrowhead Chalets was great. We stayed in Condo #303, which is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story duplex style unit (one wall is attached to another identical unit on the other side). Our unit had a very small patio equipped with a newer propane BBQ. Beyond the patio were a couple of retaining walls which our 8- and...
