This was a fantastic spot to stay. Walking distance from beach and great food and coffee. Will absolutely stay again! Also bonus that the beach within distance is Windandsea, which is in my opinion one of the best beaches in San Diego. Especially for photos!

Quaint, comfortable converted motel. No frills, but it has comfortable beds, AC, and blackout shades, everything for a good nights rest. There’s also a pool, but the big draw is Windansea beach, one of San Diego’s prettiest beaches, a block away. People flock there to watch the sunset.

The decor is very modern and adorable. I felt very safe during my stay. I love the location in proximity to the ocean. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. The parking lot is a little finicky to park in and costs $10 a day but there is street parking available. I would totally recommend and stay here again!

Great location , half block from beautiful pacific. room was clean bathroom was large with well working shower . One Mile and 1/4 from Richard walkers pancake house that I walked to and back four days in a row. Staff were friendly and attentive. I usually don’t like the motel setup but I really enjoyed my stay here Bill mcgovern NY

Oh man! My family loved this hotel so much! Perfect location & great price! Room was comfy, trendy and spacious! Short walk to the beach down a super cute, safe street! I did it by myself in the early morning and had no worries! I would definitely stay here again! Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly! Pic is of the beautiful beach area closest to the hotel. Last two days of our vacation were extra special thanks to this hotel!

We were visiting San Diego for a wedding and needed a place to stay close to the venue and we happened across this little gem! This bungalow-esque location was very nicely remodeled and roomy. It’s close to the beach as well, and we were able to get around pretty easily. Everyone I talked to was incredibly professional and friendly. We didn’t get a chance to use the amenities but we did take a look and they were also very nice. I would say that if you’re on the bottom floor you will probably hear the floor above you walking around and in the mornings, people outside, so if you really don’t like that sort of thing, maybe request the second floor. The walls are a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors but it’s not like you can hear the conversation clearly. Overall, very good stay!…

Great little hotel! Freshly renovated, clean. Everything worked as it was supposed to. Felt very secure and like a family friendly crowd. Very short walk to the beach, and near lots of little restaurants and bars. Front desk is friendly and accessible.

Great location. Clean. Easy in and out with cheap parking. Restaurants and stores nearby. Consistently good. Great beds, big screen TV. Wood floors. Second visit here and will come back. Beach just two blocks away is great for swimming, surfing and walking.
