Beautiful property that needs an update. Great food in the restaurants but beware of the construction noise if you get a street side room. It's really disruptive. Hot tub was occupied our entire stay by rude young men that didn't allow waiting guests a turn.

As other people mentioned there is construction going on the east and south sides of the hotel. Fortunately we had an ocean view room and we didn't hear the construction. We booked using points and purposely selected this hotel for the kitchenette room since we were traveling with a 1 year old. We were surprised to see we didn't get...

Very noisy street drainage construction beginning at 0700 until dark. Also noisy neighbors coming and going until the early morning hours. The 1600 check-in time seems quite late and I was not permitted my previously requested early check-in at 1400 which caused us to be late for a wedding function in late afternoon.

Customer service is terrible as well as the food. Our waitress was nice but the service was slow and the rest of the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. I accidentally left my parking ticket on our table so I could get it validated. Upon returning to retrieve it had been thrown away but was advised to see the front desk...

Adequate hotel with awesome location. Construction ongoing next door. Our room was the closest you could get to it which wasn't ideal when on vacation. Overall, decent experience but hotel could use a little updating.

Next to the beach with fresh breeze. Its hard to avoid such an excellent location. I have been to this facility quite a few times mostly for business trips. But have always found the rooms clean, roomy and fresh.

This is an older property, but right on the beach. The place is very clean and the maids do an excellent job. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is also walking distance to some great restaurants. Would recommend this hotel for location alone.

The hotel was perfect, the staff were great, our stay was so amazing, really really enjoyed staying here, and looking forward to our next visit. Our view of the ocean was exactly what we needed & wanted.

Right on the beach. You can walk right out. Otherwise it's a nice but a bit faded hotel. There's a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. I've stayed here a lot and will do so again. Be aware of major street construction nearby

We enjoyed the location immensely - being able to walk to shops and restaurants was great. We thought the hotel spaces could have been better. The mattress/sleeping was okay. Instead of room service we'd encourage you to enjoy local places to eat.
