The Noboribetsu Grand Hotel is a fabulous place. It is in a perfect spot to explore the area. Easily accessed from the station or free guest parking.....sits at the end of the main shopping restaurant street....an easy walk to Hell Valley and the cable car to the Bear compound The onsen complex is amazing.....the best I have ever visited. There...

We had a Japense style room, which was beautiful! The yukata were cosy and very pretty. The onsen offered a good range of baths (outside/inside, warm/lukewarm, sauna, 2 types of water), a massage seat, moisturizing creams. There is a gaming center, a karaoke rooms (not including in your reservation). The buffet is quite big, and delicious. We had a very...

We stayed one night at Noboribetsu Grand Hotel during our Hokkaido trip. The location is excellent! It is just across the road from the bus station, 3 mins walk from the main street, and 5-10mins walk from the Jigokudani. I stayed in the tatami room. It was spacious and comfortable. The 2 onsen switch daily between female and male. The...

Stayed at the Noboribetsu Grand Hotel for 5 days while visiting our son before traveling to Tokyo for Christmas. We stayed in the newly refurbished western wing on seventh floor in a Hollywood Twin. The room was huge with large sitting area with couch and two chairs before reaching the two twin beds tucked next to each other. Even more...

The stay at this hotel was definitely a highlight of my trip. The onsens were really great, the rooms were warm and comfy and the hotel is so beautiful and convenient to access. It was also near the shopping street and the bear park!

The lobby is nice and the location is great as it's right by the bus station and close to the ranch. A bit walk to Hell Valley however. Outdoor onsen is a bit on the small side. Quite a bit of Chinese mainlanders

Although I'm pretty sure that other hotels in Noboribetsu have good amenities, go for Noboribetsu Grand Hotel because the bus station is just a stone's throw away (100 meters or so) from it. Their bus system is efficient so make sure to get a copy of their schedule. Aside from the location, we encountered no problem with the staff. In...

Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions. However, the rooms are dated and the carpets are old. Onsen is clean and large with variety of baths. Both breakfast and dinner are good with wide selection of items, including crabs for dinner.

The location is great. Super close to the bus station. You can take a coach from new chitose airport, there's also coach to lake toya. Very convenient. The room is very dated but clean. Very wide selection for breakfast. The only thing i like about this hotel is the onsen. It's nice and big. But i won't stay here again.

F&E Couple trip. Reached by train & bus from Sapporo. Need to cross the road & climb a very short slope to hotel lobby. Check-in at 3pm. But can leave luggage at front desk. Ask for a Non-smoking room & was given a room(Western) at the Annex building with the same level of the lobby ceiling sharing with many rooms,...
