This place seems to be popular largely due to Western, Anglophone staff. Frankly I would prefer local people who know the area even if their English is poor. I got some rather inaccurate (although confident) advice form staff. Having said that, they try to be friendly. Room clean although a little noisy and in need of refurbishment. Pool present but...

This place was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint , just wish my stay was longer ! Fantastic location , 5 min walk to serendipity beach , live music next door . Room was large and roomy , nice pool which is actually in the sun , which seems to be a rarity in Cambodia . Food was generous...

We stayed at Reef Resort after a last min booking. We got a decent room. Mattress and pillows are a bit old. Otherwise it is really good. Had a complimentary champagne as a welcome gift (which was a nice surprise as it was 31st dec). Also complimentary vouchers for free beer on arrival. Location is strategic, accessible and right in...

Visited the Reef seafood and grill for dinner. New Zealand imported steak was so tough we couldn't finish them. At $22 it was the most expensive dish ordered while we were in Sihanoukville and the most disappointing.

We booked Reef Resort knowing it was on the beach road and was in a busy area,in terms of other Hotels it offered budget rooms suitable for couples, with good good facilities It met what we needed our room was clean with both a/c and a fan, towels were changed every day,the shower was powerful and hot,wi fi was bit hit and...

Great location near the beautiful Lions. My room on the second floor overlooked the pool. The pool was quiet and clean, could use more loungers. Outside the room is a walkway with 2 chairs and a table. The room was spacious and had a LCD TV, fridge, safe (my netbook fit in), good A/C,ceiling fan. There is coffee and tea...

We spent only one night here and had a room overlooking the pool. The room itself is quite basic, with basic amenities. The location of the hotel is good, some good eating options and the beach are in walking distance. The breakfast (not included) was rather disappointing. It was relatively expensive and we twice ordered something that was not available....

Clean both in the room and common area, including the pool. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it kind of felt like a box spring. A/C works well, pool area got a lot of sun and I did enjoy that. Staff was nice but nothing above and beyond, I think for the same price (or less) you could get something better...

My wife and I stayed here one night to check out sihanoukville and found that the bed was quite rock hard and uncomfortable, the staff was inattentive, and there were better places for the same price or cheaper nearby. The room and pool was clean which was a plus. Totally average stay.

Thank Josh R
