After nearly two months in Cambodia we decided to treat ourselves to air conditioned accommodation for our last few days. We booked here for four nights through Agoda. It appeared to be good value for money & when we were shown our first room we thought we'd hit the jackpot. It was a huge room with a little kitchenette &...

I have stayed here before and it was good then. good room, fairly clean, good tv, nice firm bed and the main factor to go there is the balcony!! I had a great view of the sunset from room. Near to very good cheap restaurants and bars too.

My room was 17 under the main restaurant, it was clean with cable tv with poor reception but I wasn't there to watch tv. The room had a balcony with seating. The food was fine and a big buffet was available one night as they had a popular belly dancer entertaining, and the next night Cambodia celebration with a lot...

Found this gem by accident. I caught a taxi from Phnom Penh without any prior accom. booking and the driver led me to this delightful place in Capitol Hill. 5 minute maximum walking distance to bars, cafes, family mart, laundry etc. Tuk tuks virtually at door plus motor bike taxis, security night guard on duty. was amazed to be offered...

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and although the rooms are nothing special, the views from the restaurant balcony of the sunset are great. It has moved up one floor since my last visit with a bar and a pool table. Security at night is good with a friendly chap at the entrance into the grounds although during the...

I traveled to Sihanoukville, Cambodia in January and came upon the Mealy Chenda....... The terrace view and bar are FABULOUS.....what a beautiful spot..... The rooms were fine, nothing fancy, and definitely better than most lower priced places I have stayed in S.E. Asia....the restaurant did a nice job of delivering inexpensive, tasty meals, and the people were very accommodating and...

This place was a dump 8 years ago and has only gotten worse. Rooms for cheap backpackers and geezer pensioners only, the big seaview rooms are overpriced and mine was filthy. The fan had fur. I dismantled it and hosed it down in the bathtub which had a brownish ring that 1000 scrubbing monkeys couldn't remove. Bathroom had no ventilation...

I felt a bit reserved towards this place after drunken motorbike taxi driver dropped us here during the night. In the end it turned into a great stay. We had the cheapest double room for $5, it was simple but clean and we got what we paid for. The owner was very nice to us and was able to arrange...

We came to Victory Hill to have a cupping massage around the corner from The Two Scousers bar (this is our second visit to Sihanoukville and enjoyed the cupping massage so much last time we came back, insanely affordable). Afterwards we decided to have lunch somewhere overlooking the ocean, and this place has a great view. This place does have...
