The hotel keeps with the seedy, sleazy theme that Sihanoukville offers. Air con non poolside rooms kinda smelt of cigarettes, with little natural light and average decor. Certainly not anything worth writing home about but not too bad either.

MULTIPLE ROOMS HAVE BED BUGS. HOTEL STAFF COULDNT SEEN INTERESTED EVER IF THEY TRIED. Hotel is not worth £14 a night. You will be able to find much nicer hotels in the area for the same price. Location is great but let down by the bugs. Other guest whilst we were here were also complaining about them aswel so it...

The Hotel was beautiful, with an undercover but open-air restaurant seating area, nice wooden bar and island feel about it. There was a large pool but the rooms without a pool view were much cheaper and after looking at the two, the extra ten dollars for scenery really was better left in my pocket. The staff were friendly, giving me...

I found the Beach Road Hotel to be a very good, low cost hotel with a great restaurant and bar, fabulous swimming pool and very friendly helpful staff. the room was clean and neat and the aircon worked a treat. free wifi and good location are also a plus for this hotel. I look forward to my next visit.

Good value rooms in a great location, excellent swimming pool but in 3 days our room was never cleaned despite numerous requests. Individually the hotel staff are typically friendly cambodians, but together their work ethic is abysmal. The bar restaurant was fine and the staff there work hard.

Do not let the nice pool fool you... this place has Bed Bugs. Rooms 126 and 121 definitely have bed bugs as I stayed in them and was bitten alive. You can see the bed bugs as well - there are 2 types, A larger brown bug which looks like a tick and smaller red ones. What bothers me the...

I stayed here overnight from a business trip in Phnom penh and was exploring this side of Serendipity Road. The rooms are relatively cheap but cheap means of course cheap service. The bed, linens & the pillows smelled old and the toilet had that eerie dirtiness. If it weren't for the location and the surprising quiet environment, I could have...

Moved from the AWFUL Golden Bayon Guesthouse to here. Got a poolside room, lovely modern bathroom and a twin room that was spacious and safe. Very close to town, helpful staff and right next to TopCat Cinemas which are great on a rainy day/evening. Liked it here!

We met a couple of other people and saw their hotels who paid about half of the price we did and their rooms were the same quality. the only difference was that ours had a pool. But their was closer to the beach so it just depends if you really want a pool. The staff were very rude.
