The location is good and convenient to Yosemite. The accommodations are dated, but I expected that, given its relative price point. Unfortunately, our rooms were also dirty, and we didn't enjoy our stay at all. I wouldn't return.

This lodge/motel was perfect for a road trip. There was a sitting room, kitchen and a good sized bathroom. Everything was clean. We ventilated this by opening all the windows to get rid of the bleach smell. The lake was a two minute walk so very easy for sunrise photography.

I read a lot of reviews of places to stay in June Lake before I picked Gull Lake Lodge. I am very happy with my choice of places for our week long trip to June Lake. The lodge is located off the main road almost equal distance from the Gull Lake marina and the June Lake marina

Do all the guest rooms have air conditioning? Are there non-smoking rooms?
Sorry I don't know. It wasn't that hot When I was there, so we opened the windows on the cool nights. Call them as they are very helpful.
