This is a reasonably priced motel at a great location. We had two bedrooms: one facing the front yard and the ocean, the other one facing the woods. The latter was dark and had a strong smell of mold, even to the point my husband had difficulties in sleeping. They should definitely do something about that. The fact there's a... More

Stayed in the Queen Room. The room was quaint and comfortable, with hardwood floors. The bathroom is tiled along with the shower. Although it is a little smaller than the bigger hotel bathrooms. The room was clean and the staff was quite friendly. The ocean is across the highway.

Very clean, old fashion motel with attached Restaurant. They stiff have door keys. The food at the café is simple but good. Cocktails are excellent and the wine list is complete. The area of the Northern California coast is magnificent. Fort Ross is near by as it Point Arena and Gualala to the north. Annapolis Winery is not to be... More

Thesis nice small roads motel with nice rooms and a great staff. However, it is located on th,e east side of the highway and there is a fence you cannot fully see over to get an ocean cliff view. You will have to travel north or south for a mile to get to a trail that will get you close... More

We traveled as a couple and used this place as an overnight stay on our California-1 road trip in early May. We had made our reservation online and were greeted by Tim, the very nice owner, at check-in. He is a very nice man and will take some time to chat with you. He told us he bought this place... More

We were looking for a place to escape the Sacramento heat and found this Beautiful location just as their website pictures presented. Tim, the owner was friendly and accommodating. Very clean room. Quiet peaceful evening. The beer battered shrimp didn't disappoint either. We walked across the street to the Still Water Cover State Park and then drove up to Fort... More

The drive here from Jenner is beautiful, but the lodge really isn't very special. It's not terrible, but a little TLC would go a long way. The cafe also needs some attention. The staff of both the lodge and cafe seem to care very little about their customers.

Stayed at Ocean Cove Lodge for the first time for a weekend getaway. It's located in the beautiful, serene Ocean Cove, roughly 16 miles north of Jenner. The lodge is a bit dated, but the room is clean and comfortable. We had the 2nd floor room with balcony and hot tub. All rooms have ocean views. The bar and grill... More

We've always loved the Ocean Cove and Salt Point area of the Sonoma Coast. There are very few economical options for lodging and dining in the area. The Ocean Cove Lodge is an extremely comfortable, friendly place at a great price. It's nothing fancy but had everything we needed. We chose a small, double-bed, ocean view room for $69 (mid-week... This was a fun little find. Don't forget to know that it's 17 miles up the coast. This was concerning for the BF as his googlemaps wasn't working. I tend to go by memory. Yea - it's like 17 miles up the coast ( I think). Anyway, cute clean rooms with a fireplace. The food is good at the Bar... More
