Hotel's Favourite
Lissette and Ana were great and very accomodating. Stayed 2 different night on a recent trip. Both great!!!!! They also helped us get a room at a competing hotel when we had issues at one we had booked only because they were full.

I was harassed by overnight guys shortly after check in. I would not recommend this place for my minorities . These people are what I call “nice nasty “ . They appear to be nice but in actuality they Are very Condescending

Hello, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. We apologize that your stay with us didn't turn out as planned. We will speak to our Shuttle department to uncover what the delay was and will take the steps to ensure we don't keep guest waiting this long. We are a non-smoking hotel but since laws have changed in California people tend to think they can smoke anywhere. We will ensure the air is cleansed completely before offering the room to our guest. Last but not least the points that were given to you are as follows. For every dollar spent we give our guest 10 points. If we gave you 1,000 points then this would give it a dollar value of $100.00 us dollars. I think that is more than $4.00. Thank you and we sincerely hope that you change your mind and give us another opportunity in the future.

I think it was 6. Their website probably has that info. It was decent.

Please contact the property after you collect your baggage. There is a Kiosk in the baggage claim area and you can call us from there. Then wait under the Airport Shuttle sign outside the baggage claim.

We do not have swimming pool, we have jazcuzzi hot tub that is outside. Also Breakfast is free and we do have hot items as well.If you would like more information please give us a call at (310) 568-0071.
