The title I have chosen for this review asks whether this facility is a hostel or a hotel. I see it referred as both. Regardless of what it considers itself, Expedia thinks its a hotel. Since Expedia is where I booked this place, that is how I will review it. First of all, beware: entering the name of this hotel...

Stayed here as it was near the airport and I arrived in LA late at night. Pulling up in the taxi there was a man screaming and hitting cars. Walked through reception and the whole area stunk of marijuana and looked dirty. This was definitely a hostel not a hotel. The room was dirty and scary looking! Walls were paper...

Property is listed as Adventurer All-Suite Hotel. Boy was that messed up! Booked this through another on-line booking site and was very much mis-led. Didn't know it was a hostel until I got there. As soon as I got off the shuttle bus, I should have cut my losses and turned around and got back on the bus, but since...

Arriving into LA late, ride unable to safely get to the airport due to snow in a pass, we thought we would sleep at LAX. I gave one last call, and this place had a vacancy and shuttle....very interesting. Registering was long and burdensome but staff please and helpful, even well after midnight. We had a hotel room with two...

Who'd have thought that the worst hostel experience would be in my own country? The walls of this place were paper thin; one could hear every little sound outside. The bed was super uncomfortable, the hotel run down. Kept hearing knocking on my door every few hours. And perhaps I know why. Went to get my airport shuttle at 5:30am...

First rule broken was not reading up on tripadvisor! This is a strange place and no mistake, everything about it is kinda amateur, from the airport shuttle, a recycled hen night style party bus complete with cocktail cabinet, to the reception staff on a "flexible" dress code and the pool scene which ends at 2am and starts again at 5....

Myself and my boyfriend have just returned from a 2 week stay here. We were a bit worried about the place due to previous reviews but after our stay, I can say that we really enjoyed it and can't see what all the negative fuss is about! Sure its a bit tatty and there are some dodgy characters about, but...

I am 6 months pregnant and drove down from Vegas to do some shopping. We checked in early Saturday morning, dropped our belongings off and left for the entire day. When we got there to check in there was a man in the lobby telling the lady someone was breaking into vehicles but he seemed intoxicated so we kind of...

This is a great place for a good price, and a bad place for a high price. I experienced both, yet still will recommend this for a certain kind of traveler. Here we have classical California style ambience, and folk from all over the world. If you like to chat with people, meet new friends, and enjoy the pool, this...
