Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Patio screen door didn’t close, beer can under our bed for four nights still there when we left, one lamp didn’t work, the other had a lamp shade that was falling apart, pool has lots of flys in it, faucet leaks in tub and patio door got stuck on broken screen door and was very difficult to close a number of times. We told front desk and nothing was done during our stay. Once you add in their resort fee and parking fee this hotel is just as expensive as a Hilton or Westin and we didn’t find out until check in. Look at your options before you book here.

I am writing this as we drive away! We planned a family getaway for Labor Day. We stayed in a double bed suite with a living room and an additional half bath. On day 1 of our stay, we discovered the telephones in the living room and bedroom did not work, the living room television also did not work and the half bath did not lock. My husband walked to the front desk to report the issues. He was told they would send someone to fix the television and half bath door but that they couldn’t do anything about the telephones because they were old. This was very concerning because not being able to use the phone presents a safety issue in case of an emergency. We waited for maintenance to come. They never did. On day 2 we went down for breakfast which was included with our stay. Sadly we were met with a selection of mini muffins, mini bagels, mini-sized bread, cereal, oranges and hard boiled eggs. We paid $13 for egg breakfast burritos. After our disappointing breakfast, my husband once again informed the front desk that the issues had not been resolved. Man at the front desk stated he would send someone to fix the issues except the phone because they were old. Again, no one came to fix anything. Late afternoon we went to pool with 2 other families. We approached the front desk to ask for pool towels. We were informed they would be available in 10 minutes. We decided to go to the pool and informed the man at the front desk that we would send someone to pick them up in 10 minutes to pick up 12 towels. He rudely told us it was one towel per person. I told him there were 12 people in our group. There was no need for his rudeness. He could have quickly counted the members of our party. When we got to the pool it was apparent there was no staff picking up towels and empty food plates or ensuring people were following the rules. Pool rule state no outside drinks yet the bar was closed. We had to clean an area for our party to sit. When we checked out I informed Brent at the front desk that no one ever came to fix anything and he was very blasé about it. I told him the telephones not working presented a safety issue but he said they were old and couldn’t be fixed. I told him man was rude the night before. He said he was there and witnessed our interaction and man was not rude. I told him it was not what he said but how he said it. I informed him I was going to post a review of the hotel online and to please not respond with an apology. He said he wouldn’t because that wasn’t this department. I was warned by family members not to stay here because it was old, dirty and had poor service but I thought they were exaggerating. I should. listened to them. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Pool water was too damn hot. Defeated the entire purpose of cooling off. Hotel room was nice. Beds comfortable and clean. Free breakfast was decent. Fairly decent selection to eat. Polite staff. Free self parking, but to walk to the front of Hotel in that heat from parking was not good. Overall a nice place to chill for your buck!!

Have stayed here on occassion, not a bad property. I reserved a room for my daughters family, mom dad 8month old. When they went to check in they were informed the hotel will not accomidate you if you have a local address, After explaining, that there A/C system was out in their home and it was to hot for the baby, they were still turned away? Seriously, what are you thinking! Their having an infant party? They don't want your business, find another hotel!

StAyed this past Monday and Tuesday and one of other people in one of the other rooms an 18 year old man broke all the windows out of my car and another guests car . It was caught on camera and my son in law witnessed it . The guest were complained about the night before but were out made to leave the resort . The hotel manger refused to help in any way didn’t even comp our rooms or any food all they did was give back our resort fees after I complained and complained . I went with 600.00 fir a little vacation for me and my 5 year old and she was traumatized from this worried the man that broke our windows was gonna be waitting in the room for us . The management never once came to my room to apologize or offer me anything . Below is what the guest did to my car staying at the Indian Wells resort . Horrible customer service and management . The only employee that offered Thier apologies was a employee named holly other than that nothing

I came to this hotel in 2021 and my family and I loved it here, now in 2022 we are very iffy about it. Sure it says free breakfast but they aren’t full on meals like they gave us in 2021. It’s small portions of things like a buffet. Fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, bread, muffins, cereal, and waffles. Everything changed this year. We would get French toast, pancakes, and more bigger meals. The rooms are dirty, blankets and pillows are all stained. We found a grass hopper the other day in our room. I highly don’t recommend staying here if you’re going to be here for more than 2 days. My family and I were all very disappointed.

The room was nice and the a/c worked well. The extra chargers are out of the world. $84.00 resort fee $14.00 for parking and then additional $6.00 per day resort fee. Book and paid in full from 3rd party and then hotel charged my card another $309.55 called and the refunded, but if I had not checked they would have made money. OH and free breakfast is cereal but you can get an omelet for $13.00. Safe your money and book somewhere else. To many hidden charges.

Hotel advertised $90 a day, but when you book the room there's hidden costs, resort fees, parking which came up to $160. Bait hook, it's a nice place and is worth $160 if you have the money but I could have gotten a cheaper place for under $100 in the same area, point is the hotel needs to come up front of the total cost instead of tricking you out of your money. One of the reasons I booked at this hotel was because they have a hot tub, I never got to use it because it was full of people that never got out. Again, it's a nice place, just don't like getting lied to.

First of all, know that I didn't choose this hotel, the corporation I work for chose it for me. I was there for two nights while attending the tennis tournament. Every negative thing that's said about this hotel in recent reviews is wholly accurate so I won't bother to rehash this property's shortcomings. What I found truly extraordinary about this property was that unless you're staying for four or more nights, they don't service the room. They don't make the bed or bring you clean/dry towels. In fact, they refuse to even enter your room. And I was informed of this policy not when I checked in, but the following night when I returned to my hotel room and found it just as I had left it that morning and complained. "Informed" with a lot of attitude like I was making an unreasonable request. I don't usually stay at Hyatt Hotels if I can possibly help it but in thirty years of business travel, this property represents a new low, especially at $400 per night.
