If you want to park somewhere with the kids or lay by the pool this place is tough to beat and other reviews are correct so leave that to them. BUT note that if you want to spend your nights at Villagefest, or do the Aerial Tram or hike Indian Canyon etc. those places are nearly 20 miles away with...

We enjoyed our stay but had mixed feelings. The hotel is in a great location and the grounds are very beautiful. We really enjoyed the adult pool. However our room was terrible. Although I am a Hyatt member we had to be given the worst room in the hotel. It overlooked a wall & parking lot. It had a small...

We went for an adult birthday party and this was in a group of rooms secured by the hosts. It is a beautiful property, and I would say recently remodeled. Unfortunately the party was during spring break, and the hotel was very noisy. Very nice brunch in the morning. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had to...

Staff absolutely excellent, gift shop worth it and not too expensive, the many activities they offer, 3 pools, adult only pool, tennis, golfing, running, ping pong, and spa....though not alot to do...

We are on the last night of our mini vacation to this hotel. I really hate to give this hotel a negative review, but I am afraid I must. I will preface this by saying that this could just be bad luck for us and other experiences may vary. Our check in was perfect and we had the nicest of...

We spent 4 nights at the Hyatt and very much enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful. A short drive to Palm Desert and about 25-30 min to Palm Springs. Our room was very spacious, kind size bed and a sofa bed for our 2 kids. Large bathroom, bathrobes. We had a balcony with views on the golf course. All the...

We came here after much research for the first vacation with our two-year-old daughter. It did not disappoint. The property is lovely and the rooms are well appointed. The vibe at the resort is relaxed and enjoyable. The pools are perfect for the kids and there is a great mix of things to do for adults and kids. The only...

Let's start with the good - the pools are nice, outdoor ping pong, foosball, and basketball hoop are fun for everyone in the family, connecting rooms are great for families, location in Indian Wells is great, staff is friendly, and rooms are spacious. Now onto the not so good which was bad enough that I won't be coming back -...
