If you feel at all supportive of worker's rights, this is not the place for you. They charge you a surcharge they explain is to "Offset the cost of increase in minimum wage." Why a resort hotel is irritated at being made to pay a living wage, so much that they pass the cost onto you and make a statement about it, is beyond me. AND they had roaches in their rooms! I feel terrible for their workers.
Such a beautiful place! If it wouldn’t have been so hot, we would have explored the place more. We stayed in a villa which was very nice! Continental breakfast was small, but we had a very large group there -
All staff showed kindness and care about our experience at the Hyatt. Really enjoyed this location, very nice facility. Prior to arriving at the Hyatt I received a text from the staff asking if is there anything special they could do for us upon arrival? I responded yes that we would be arriving a few hours prior to the checkin time, and could we get a room earlier? Response was “no problem” We had a room when we arrived. Great service!
We all had a great time! Rooms are beautiful, super clean. Our rooms had the pool view - spectacular at night when all the palm trees are lit. Breakfast was delicious and very reasonable. The RoadRunner Cafe by the poo had the best pool-side food I've experienced. Will definitely stay there again!
This hotel is one of my favorites. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The property is beautiful. The pools and water park and excellent. The food selection in the marketplace is simple and convenient. This is the perfect place to get a way and relax and enjoy a little pampering.
The overall stay was good. The view of the golf course was nice. I recommend you request a room with a view from a upper floor. The food was good, as well as the amenities. The Spa is on the pricey side even with a 10% discount. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room needs improvement, the white doo had dirt marks n them, the was a stain on the carpet bedside, you'd see it evert time you got in and out of bed, and the baseboards were dusty. They also did not disclosed on the website or otherwise that some of the amenities were closed due to construction.
My stay at the Hyatt was quite good. Staff were helpful, food was good (a bit pricey but expected). I did not take advantage of the pool but was told it was good. However, the lazy river was not functional which was a disappointment.
I was impressed by the training of the staff. It seemed like they anticipated my needs and would appear and attend to me whenever needed. The venue is beautiful! The staff were one of the best I have ever encountered in hotels.
Visited Hyatt Indian wells in September 2022. Overall it was wonderful experience. The staff was very kind. Two that stood out were Tina and Kira at the pool areas. Tina brought our dog water since it was hot out and checked in to make sure he didn’t run out. Later we discovered she too is an animal lover and shared some great stories. Kira, was extremely friendly and easy going. She checked in frequently to ensure our drinks were filled and tummies were full. The room and resort experience: I’ll agree with another review, the rooms don’t necessarily scream luxury one bit. The rooms are dated and are very basic. Aside from aesthetics, I did not like that the rooms do not come with a microwave. For being a resort this should be included. They are available upon request at $20 per day as an add-on fee. Food: Agave was okay, I can’t say we were impressed by a particular plate. Lantana breakfast buffet is $27 per person and was okay as well. For dinner we left since we weren’t interested in the Agave restaurant food again. We will definitely return. Our one year old really enjoyed the kiddie pools and splash pad. Hopefully next time the lazy pools are open.…
Some of the staff was rude unless you gave a huge tip. The bathroom did not work properly, the lazy river was down and the food is dry and bland. The housekeeping lady was the only nice person before even giving a tip. Valet is rude as well as front desk.
