A delightful town, and a great mini vacation, 2 hours from LA. The cabins are nice, well equipped, comfy and cosy with full kitchenette, and extra sofa bed in the living room. I loved it, and so enjoyed the total quiet of the night. My only complaint was though most cabins are detached, mine (No.5) seemed independent, with separate porch...

We stayed in Room#1. You couldn't beat the price. They didn't have a two-night minimum like most places to stay in Idyllwild. Usually I read all the reviews on properties before staying anywhere, but our friends had already booked a (super cute) cabin here. I'm not surprised to find it rated #1 on Trip Advisor. For getting the cheapest room...

Great place to stay and very close to town and Humber Park. The rooms come with a wood stove, which is perfect on a chilly night. Bring a bottle of wine to enjoy in the gazebo while you enjoy the courtyard.

We stayed here for two nights while one of us attended a conference at Idyllwild Arts Academy. It was perfect. It offered the 1950s nastaligia with updated amenities. The fireplace was beautiful, and we loved the screen door that opened out to a front porch with chairs that overlooked the gazebo. We had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a "kitchen...

We just returned from our stay. It was a family wedding and we rented 6 cabins. We all had a great time. Gary our host made sure we were comfortable and that all our needs were met. Mim runs a delivery service and delivered food to us that night. We all shared our food on the lawn and watched the...

we just returned from one night at the Fern Valley Inn. We were lucky to find this place, as everything was sold out. I was worried about the fact that this place was not sold out, but turned out no reason to worry. The setting is so lovely, peaceful and beautiful. Surrounded by fabulous trees, and flowers happy that it...

This was our second time staying here and first time in the winter. We stayed in Cottage #8, which was just right for my wife and I. We had snow up there and a fireplace, with extra firewood at a reasonable price and a sofa sleeper as well as a queen. The rooms are not perfect, but they are clean...

Located about a mile from the heart of the town, Fern Valley Inn is easily accessible yet intimate and rustic. Our cottage was tastefully decorated and well-maintained, with a fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, A/C, coffee-maker, TV and basic cutlery. The inn has affordable rates. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gary the innkeeper is full of energy and cheer, making...

Awesome staff great place to be if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city but the cleanliness of the rooms was not the best but couldnt say it was horrible but other than that it was a pretty awesome place to stay.
