Hotel's Favourite
The Glenridge Inn is typical motel, family run , well maintained, very clean and comfortable. We have been there four days and are very satisfied. Beds are comfortable with a size adequate for two people, space in the room was enough for three people without stepping on each other’s toes. Three is no noise from the street, but if you are on the ground floor you may hear noise from the room above yours. The room has a microwave, a larger fridge than average for hotels, ironing board and iron. There is ample parking in the motel lot, we never had a problem finding a spot, even if the venue was full. The location is perfect, very close to freeway 134 and 2, 5 minutes from Pasadena and twenty minutes from downtown LA. There is always somebody available at the reception and the location is video surveilled, we had a feeling of being safe. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will certainly go back and I definitely recommend it.…

This place is utterly disgusting - all of the bedding is stained, the AC and fridge have compressor issues and literal blobs of hair will fall from the shower. There are moldy yogurt containers outside of each unit to “solve” AC issue. Stay away!

Chose this place as it is close to where my brother is staying, as well as reasonably priced. Check-in is done through a window (perhaps due to COVID). Friendly staff. Parking was easy and it was right next to the room. The room itself was good. No coffee maker, but it has a fridge and microwave. Also have a hair dryer and ironing board. Cleaning staff did a good job sprucing up the room, and provided the towels I needed. A/C was working well. The only thing I didn't like was one night there was a loud car that arrived shortly after midnight, but I was already close to REM sleep, that I didn't really care. But the noise disappeared quickly as I really went to sleep. But that was just one night. The other night was quiet. Walking distance to Ralph's super market. Best motel I have stayed in so far. Clean, big rooms, great facilities, nice staff. Motel, which is better than some hotels. Simply great and recommend at any time. We booked it to go to Universal Studios the next day. The location was great for this.

I will NEVER stay at this property again. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and it will be posted to there file. The rooms smell like smoke, the customer service is terrible. I tried reaching out to the hotel numerous times, no answer. Following this, I filed a complaint with the BBB and asked for a refund. I would have been happy with 50% anything really. I was told NO, and that I had no right to feel the way I did, and cannot compare them to super 8…. I hate to break it to you, but I’m allowed as a consumer to compare the hotel to whichever hotel I want to. And to say my feelings aren’t valid, is ridiculous. I won’t ever stay here again, and you should all be aware of the business practices they follow, and the way you are treated as a guest here. Don’t come here. Go to a property like a Marriott, or even a Super 8, I’ve had better service there.…

We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom has upgraded counter and stone tiled showers. Microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator all worked. Parking was not a problem. Good location adjacent to market and restaurants. No breakfast due to Covid.

Clean rooms, and grounds, and really kind management. I felt safe there traveling alone. I had to call front desk and they were really helpful. Grocery store across the street. Awesome old-school Italian restaurant a couple blocks down.
