We came by here looking for a place to stay. This place is off the grid and still the rooms are expensive. The whole town smells of weed day in and day out. While the rooms are clean I will never go back here!

we were not expecting anything special, cause it was one of the cheapest place in Garberville, but it was worse than 'okay'... the unshaven lady at the front desk was not friendly, and made me want to leave... the room was dirty and old. glad we stayed only one night...!

This motel gets 3 stars because our room was affordable, clean, single story off the main road, walking distance to groceries and the small downtown. We slept well. Walked to a coffee/bakery shop in the morning for some good coffee, and we were on our way.

This motel has some issues. The lights in the room are dim, the bathtub didn't drain while showering, no hair dryer, though I didn't ask at the front desk. No coffee other than decaf is provided. But, the bed was fine, the water pressure was good, there was plenty of hot water and the motel is well maintained in general....

Reasonable pricing considering it is in Garberville and there is a lack of motels in general.Conveniently located right downtown also. walked to everywhere in town as there was no need to drive from their location

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and a clean room. It had JUST been cleaned when we pulled in, so it smelled heavily of cleaner, but after a few minutes with door and windows open the smell was gone. Plenty of hot water and good pressure, even got steaming hot water from the sink with someone in the shower. Good coffee...

We arrived at night, tired after a long ride , At the check in time I took a look and saw these small buildings and a lady with a dog barking. I thought we were to be in for a rough night, The room was very large and clean, We were pleased with the stay and the dog didn't bark...

What a DUMP! We will NEVER return to the garbageville motel or the town of garbageville for that matter. The room was at a premium price due to the long weekend and wow, it was bad. It was not clean, it stunk like paint over really old cigarette smoke and it looked like someone picked their nose and wiped it...

No frills motel in a small town. There are some other choices in town, but the value here was ok. Room was ok, clean. Refrigerator and microwave. Bed was ok. Nothing to write home about. I'd double check the other hotels in town before deciding on this one.

Arrived by car after a day sightseeing on the Californian coast. Quick check in. Clean, tidy room with new tv. Quiet and cheap with plenty of parking. Free Wifi and an easy walk to choice of dining. No breakfast served but close the the local store.
