We experienced the calm before the storm, literally. We arrived before and stayed through Memorial Weekend. It was busy and the campground full. After the holiday, there was peace & quiet. The bathrooms/shower facilities are kept up. The grounds are also well kept. We enjoyed our two week stay! Helpful & informative staff!! Plus the Russian River Pub is within...

We still cannot believe the incredible value we got while staying here. There was entertainment for our kids - crafting, face painting, karaoke, and an outdoor movie - also bingo - and all of it was FREE! Seriously! They should let folks know about all of the great stuff they do before you get there. We had no idea and...

We stumbled upon this resort during a fun weekend on our way home from Sea Ranch. We fell in love with nearby Guerneville and decided to stay the night. This place offered quaint little cabins - clean and sparse accommodations - a bunk bed twin over full - but cozy. It was all we needed. Come morning we were thrilled...

We loved the fact that this place is not fancy - it is camping! It is clean and well maintained - bathrooms have hot showers and were cleaned and stocked every time we went in. My kids had a blast just running around the place. I like that they have an old fashioned arcade with pinball and horseshoe pits. I...

Very rundown amenities, no privacy in showers but a shower curtain. Very old, not always clean facilities that really need updating. Internet did not work except if you sat next to the admin building. Way overpriced for what you get. The pub next door is great and served good, honest pub food.

This is the worst and most disgusting place I have ever been, in my entire life. We booked a "river side" camping spot, but it was actually a dirty muddy piece of land nowhere near the river. We moved to another camp site that had some grass, but it smelled like vomit, and it was behind three large garbage bins...

On a two plus week road trip we found this campground in the Woodall`s campground book and felt confident it would be great given the rating it had. That would have been true had the rating been up to date and still River Bend RV...not under new ownership. The business is still using the old logo from Woodalls last review...

The sites for the overnight or weekend guests are pretty nice. The problem is you drive through the area for the long term guests who have some really old RV's in need of tender loving care. But once you get past them your site is clean, well maintained, has stable 50 amp power, grass, fire pits and all on the...

Our trailer site is in the shade. We could have chosen a sunny site but preferred the shade. Kelly was the lady in the office and could not have been more accomodating to us. The other rv resort we saw along river was very narrow and right below the highway. Here we away from the road and the noise is...

Everybody needs a roof over their head: River Bend has year-round tenants living in a motley collection of old RVs, rusty trailers, and cabover campers minus their trucks - so to also promote the park as a campground for families on vacation is a disservice not only to travelers but also to the people who live there. "Cat D's" comments...
