We decided to visit the Setai up North. The rooms are beautiful with the private swimming pool but that’s where it ends. If this cost $400 per night we would have been very happy, however at $700/night you expect more. The service was terrible, the amenities in the room are all run down. The ashtray outside was not clean, the bed and pillows were okay. I expected much more. Not the most comfortable. Room service was terrible. Took over an hour and half to get our food and the food was below average. I think maybe it is due to low staff during corona, upkeep poor, service poor, overall experience average. For the price I would not recommend. I am sure there are better options to be found.

Beautiful atmosphere. Food was great. Customer was outstanding, great views any part of the hotel and restaurant. I felt like I was home. It was my son's birthday and he loved it. All staff I interact with was outstanding.

The hotel is located on a perfect location on the sea of Galilai. We had a room with a private pool which was perfect! The breakfast was excellent!! And the Michal-the manager of the breakfast is so helpfull and gives you the greatest service with a smile! She makes sure the team will be quiqk and nice! Also we had dinner and the food was G R E A T!! The people there really want you to have the best vacation possible!! It starts with Hagit from customer relations who made sure that we will get the things we requested to the room.She is absolutly amazing and knows what great service is!! Then,there is Eli tzalach-the duty manager who made our vacation a perfect one!! Always helpfull and with a big hart and smile!! Also Dina who took care of any issue or problem we might had. And Shy-the CEO who made sure our visit (our 2nd time there!) will be as perfect as the first one. The place has an amazing atmosphere!! A perfect spot for a romantic gataway but also for families.It's big enough to give each guest he's quiet place...We will be back!! Thank you guys for making our vacation a great one!! we stayed in a "kineret villa" with private pool. Very large comfortable room, large terrace and superb pool. The spa is excellent, including the gym, the jaccuzi pool and the treatments. The food is delicious. The service is flawless.

The hotel is in a great location. Room service was good. Lunch and dinner were rich with a variety of choices. In the dining room you have an excellent and kind bundle, especially Michal who manages a shift in the dining room and a manager named Hamudi. The only review I have is: The currents in the pool did not work and despite many requests to repair the system nothing was done. Nor did they get back to us to say why the system was not fixed, which is a shame
