Walked into the room and first thing we saw were insects on the bed and poop in the toilet from the previous guests. How is this acceptable? How is this a 5 star hotel? Super overpriced for what it is. Paying this much, I didn’t expect to get a dirty bathroom!!!

Very dirty rooms. Law maintenance. Awful food. I Tried to speak with the staff several times but they did not seem to have answers. Very pity that this great location is managed with a low leadership.

Perfect vacation in a perfect place we arrived and were greeted we took the luggage all courtesy and courtesy, the place is exceptionally clean, rooms are very spacious, there is a pool or hot tub to choose' from courteous and polite receptionists and everything under the direction of one charming and the manager in place that waiks around and checks throughout the day and allthis with patience and asmile.the nemeis " Ilan" And delicious with an impressive selection! Possibility of sitting for breakfast in front of the pooli.in brief..HIghly recommend.

do not take the evening meal it is not good and for the entrecote we have the right to 1/4 and the boss tells us there is no more what a shame I have never seen that many people complained . Never i saw this in the hotel . .

Beutiful rooms,big and comfi.the hot tub was a very amasing looking at the mountains. Very clean. Amasing view to the sea and mountains. The best breakfast!!5 star hotel. Big and beutiful pool.we had a great time.
