Friendly staff, clean room and surprisingly good food at the Bar. They put out coffee earlier than normal for us in the mornings to accommodate our 4AM leave times. The fellas at the bar/eating area (Pin, Sachin and Sean) made it hard to go somewhere...More
Very nice and clean hotel & rooms! Didn't get to spend much time using all the amenities because we got up at 4am to go fishing in the bay, but what I did see and use was amazing! We will stay here again next fishing...More

This is a typical courtyard. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Wifi worked fine etc. The big problem however was the lack of attention to detail. There was a litany of errors regarding billing, parking, extra charges and then settling the bill.

Do not recommend you stay in East Bay Area much of your time will be idled away awaiting to cross the bridge, should be about $6.00 toll. Then parking is nothing short of a nightmare. Spend a couple of extra dollars stay in SanFran and enjoy your time. Go over to Fishermans Wharf area decent hotels and lots of inexpensive transportation options to maximize your time and attractions. If you rent a car for East Bay Area ask for something with a real trunk, keep your items out of sight, rental cars break-ins are at an all time high on that side. Safe travels!
