Great location to yosemite, but it is downhill from there. Sites are minimal and not very level, restrooms are "just" adequate. More of a campground than an RV resort. Ok for an overnight stays but wouldn't recommend for longer periods.
Stayed here for one night in a tent. The ground is stone hard, and it was actually quite hard getting the tent fixed properly. The showers and bathrooms were ok cleaned, but the showers had an awful ceiling with a lot of cobwebs and no...More
Great for family and small cabin accommodations. Close to Yosemite entrance. Stream right in front. Popular site for RVs, so can be a bit noisy on weekends during summer. Highly recommend visiting during week and planning ahead. Like the rustic feel.

Agree with timing to gate depending on traffic. Also there is a one-lane bridge along the way.
