The road to the ranch was mostly over very rough, washboard like roads for 50 miles. You can get a suite complete with a kitchenette, or a bunkhouse room, or camp. You will be very, very disappointed if you get your expectations up! Current husband and wife who have managed the guest ranch since October '15 have no pride in what they offer. We accompanied friends who have been here before and were looking forward to the experience. What we found was an apathetic staff, and minalmist meals. A true Western experience. The owners purchased the ranch as a retirement project, and are welcoming hosts. The food is great, the conditions extremely comfortable, and the scenery amazingly diverse for what one might expect in the high desert.
