Oh dear, oh dear, l wasn’t staying here but l came for a spa treatment let’s just say hunnie don’t bother, places stinks so bad, the masseuse just filled my body with oil but zero treatment for what l paid for which was a deep tissue massage and on top of that l paid for 50 minutes but received 30 minutes, 100 $ gone to waste. There customer service is ok before you pay and after that, they don’t care even if you complain. Sweetheart don’t stay here.

I have been coming here for over 10 years, but my last stay was my LAST stay. Absolutely terrible experience from check in to check out. The room wasn't ready even though it was past check in time, and the front desk was EXTREMEMLY rude and unhelpful. They switched our suite to another, which was still dirty, hazardous (mold in bathroom), and a disgusting view of an old work truck. The jets in the pools weren't working, graffiti sprayed on the property, alcohol being consumed in the pools. I could go on and on, but just do yourself a favor, and DO NOT stay here. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Spent two day at the resort, everything was great, the food at the Capri Restaurant was good and not to prices. The room was clean and cozy. the resort is old but well kept for an older property., the pool was very refreshing, and the Jacuzzi was relaxing and clean . I had a messages with Rosa Linda that was wonderful, i will be back for another.

We stayed at Miracle Springs Resort and Spa for Mother’s Day. We came up for the Desert X Exhibition. William, at the front desk made us feel like family even though it was our first visit. Check-in was very busy and exciting. The front desk was multitasking with grace and professionalism. Crystal, the general manager, took the time to introduce herself personally to us. That was so nice! We enjoyed the view of the mountains and all the healing the spring pool had to offer. We soaked it up like movie stars surrounded by palm trees. The next morning we enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. Our server, Marie, was informed and helpful. She clearly loves her job as a waitress. We are looking forward to our next visit soon.

Just tried to check in. They gave me such a hassle about it and my deposit, which they were wrong about- that i had to cancel my room and walk out. They embarrassed me in front of a lot of people in the lobby. I booked a room through Priceline I’ve used it 1000 times and they tried to flip the rules on me. It’s not even the fact that we were having an issue with the deposit it’s the fact that you told me you wouldn’t let me think about it for a few minutes. Are you serious?
