We love the homey, old-fashioned atmosphere here. The room is quaintly decorated in shabby chic moroccan style. For us, the kitchen is very handy. There's a lot of room to explore, wander and relax here. It never seems crowded.

Overall, we had a terrific experience at El Morocco. The staff are wonderful and the pools are terrific. I might even become a believer in the healing/relaxing power of lithium in the Desert Hot Springs' waters. El Morocco is a small hotel but has lots of places to relax -- in ad

I chose the El Morocco for our Day Spa visit, having seen it briefly on a bus tour of Desert Hot Spring Spas a few years ago. When I phoned for information, Robert was most accommodating in answering my questions...particularly around use of cell phones and loud conversation as

We spent a great night and a wonderful next day at this inn.
We arrived around 16 and had time to join a soak in the hot mineral spa and in the pool, and had a free Moroccotini on the poolside. We enjoyed the mint lemonade and the free cookies. There was only another couple at th

I don't see a website for the spa services . I would like to get a couples massage AND a soak in the hot mineral springs pool / hot tub. I would like to know the COST for a 60 minute couples massage + soak . The date will be 05/12 on a Friday before 4 PM. Thank you! --valerie Bronson
Hello Valerie, Thank you for your inquiry and your thoughts of having spa treatments with us. Our Couples Moroccan Massage is $200 ($100 per person) for one (1) full hour. If you can just go back to our website and up above the photo is a tab bar and you'll find a tab for "Spa Services" or "Day Spa". Click on it and this should give you information of all our spa services that we offer and we can make it couple style should you find a different treatment that interest you. Give us a call when you are ready to make your appointment at (760) 288-2527. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! The folks at El Morocco Inn

Is here friendly for kids ? You have website? I can booking..
I did not see any children when we go, so I don't think so. You would have to call and ask. These type of SPA Inns are designed more with adults in mind.
