A walled garden greets you, with towering palms, embracing mesquite trees, hundreds of hummingbirds and cooing doves. Then the pools and gardens. All are xeroscapic plants, with fruit trees around the edges. Flowers delight. A well maintained desert oasis. Curated inside and out. This ambience includes shaded nooks in the garden, benches and tables tucked here and there, private walled...

We enjoyed a terrific night here. Karl, the on-site manager, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. The rooms are comfortable with small outdoor patios; the mineral spring water jacuzzi is 105 degrees hot (perfect) 24 hours; the pool naturally warm with the same minerality. Both are highlights of the very nicely landscaped grounds with...

Lovely surroundings, plantings. Quiet, comfortable, unpretentious. I would love to just sit in the pools all day. Very helpful staff. There is nothing like soaking in the hot springs to unwind and distress. And it is close to lots to see and hike in the area.

You walk in and instantly relax. The little kitchenette reminds me of our little kitchen in the attic apartment we had living in Germany! The pools are fantastic, the grounds spectacular, and friendly dogs and no children make for a wonderful time. Treat yourself to a massage, I had the date sugar scrub which was bliss, with Dana. Also, set...

We called last minute on the same day and we're able to get a single night reservation for Room 2. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's really nice. The pool is warm and surrounded by beautifully lit trees. You can float peacefully at night and look up at the stars. The hot tub is HOT, in a...

We were very lucky to have stumbled upon this oasis of peace and joy. Karl is a force of nature and treats you like family from the moment you enter. His attention to detail pervades every little nook and cranny of the Hacienda without it becoming overbearing. The mineral water pool and jacuzzi are really hard to leave behind and...

Amazing from start to finish. Karl and staff are personable but not intrusive and take care of this oasis in a loving and thoughtful way. Thus is a gem: Hacienda provides a unique, vintage-inspired desert experience with sparkling mineral water and peaceful, lush surroundings. Highly recommended!

The rooms are basic, but clean, but the grounds and pools are what you come here for and they were all perfect, there is a bbq area you can use as well as various seating areas around the property. It's a small property and was very peaceful when we stayed there, we made the most of enjoying the pools during...

The grounds are pretty and the room was nicely appointed. The jacuzzi is kind of small and the pool is on the shallow side, but it was a peaceful and an enjoyable getaway. They could do a better job with breakfast.

It was okay but very outdated and we had a small room with a tiny 1957 kitchenette. There is no breakfast other than granola and orange juice. The landscape was lush. There are only 7 rooms so it was quiet (we and just one other couple were staying there). Desert Hot Springs is really "on the other side of tracks"...
