Complete trash spa...druggies and needles in rooms. Dirty grounds and rude staff. Never ever stay with kids Horrible experience. Charges were made to our credit card that we didn't make. Honestly I don't know how this hotel can stay in business.

The only thing that's changed since 1960 are the prices . Stuff broken in room. No functioning Wifi internet in the rooms. Weren't told how the security gate worked . Ice machine broken. White trash jamboree obese ho-down in the 3 hot tubs. Probably black out drunks screwing in jacuzzi after midnight. Shower In bleach after. The restaurant is ok. Buy the pool pass instead. Ignore the fake paid five star reviews and all elite reviews. Read the not recommended reviews

Our room was on the back of the building, greeted with a sketchy apartment complex that actually looked more inviting then the property itself. Trash all over the grounds in the lot. As we walked into our non smoking room we were greeted with a room that smelled like cigarettes. The over-all cleanliness was 2/10 there was dust all over the floor, the room felt so dirty. With corona-virus in full effect this is also that much more concerning. No coffee maker in the room, no phone to call front desk in case of an emergency. Felt straight out of a horror movie. This place is falling apart. A sub-par place to soak for the day, but DO NOT STAY HERE. Waste of money, stay at another hotel in town and soak for the day.

I hope everyone has the same wonderful time that I did. There was a maintenance man who was very nice to me. He went far beyond what anyone else would have gone. He made sure that I was well taken care of as I am in a wheelchair and unable to do very much on my own. The temp here was about 106 and he made sure that I had plenty of water and checked me continuesly. I can't say enough about his kindness. His name is Luis Landa. I plan to return again this week as I am so impressed.

Terrible place to go and stay. Very overcrowded and they overcharged us for stay. The women started to scream next door at midnight, it was screaming like in horror movie, believe my heart started pop-up it was just that terrible, we thought somebody is killing her or something, no phone in the room to call front desk , we found the number in our mobile phone, but it took time for security show up. And on our check out we called hotel directly to book room, it was priced 103$ per night, the bill we received was 384$. Do you need anything else for the worse getaway ?
