+ Rooms are big and spacious, it has lots of towels, robes to wear, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, blow drier. + Room A/C works great. + TV in the room. + Strong wifi , works everywhere around facility, even around hot spring area in case you need it. + Drinking water machine around specially, one right next to hot spring area, so bring your refillable bottle and just fill it and enjoy the delicious water. + Friendly staff, specially the golf cart drivers, they are helpful and guid and help you to your room if you have problem finding your room. Bring flash light at night it gets very dark and not enough lights to see paths to walk to your room. - Expensive place - No ice machine around your room. - Also refrigerator temperature is very low, it wasn’t cooling strong. - It would be great of the facility put some canopy for cars to park under, or built some shade coverage indoor parkings for cars, there are no shades or trees to park cars under and cars gets super hot, like extremely extremely hot during summer months. We were there in June and our car got extremely hot.

Hot springs when the air temp is 100+ f sounds odd, but it actually works. Very good food. Rooms are not opulent, but very comfortable. Visit was very soon after COVID restrictions were eased and not all amenities were available.

My husband and I planned a somewhat last minute micro-wedding. Like most couples, we felt like we didn’t really know what we were doing. With a guest count under 30, it was hard for us to find a venue that suited all our needs. We knew that we wanted our special day to be somewhere we loved! We had stayed at TBP the year prior and both had a wonderful experience and decided we wanted to share it with our closest friends and family members. Two Bunch Palms staff worked with us in helping organize and plan the perfect small wedding! They were truly so accommodating, patient, helpful and kind through the entire process. Dayanna and Danny both went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. All of our guests said they had one of the best times of their lives. Between the gourmet, seasonal food, the mineral soaking tubs, the cute ducks at the meditation pond, you would have to really try hard not to have a great time. We can’t wait to go back and experience the new soaking tubs they’re currently constructing and relive our special day! 100% would recommend.

Room Tip: The Capone rooms are definitely the most luxurious! Spring and Grove are nice too.

Our daughter was to have a wedding at this place. Both she and her fiancé had talked numerous times to management. In fact, they were told that once they showed up to look around the grounds and find a place they wanted. On the day of the wedding, May 30, 2021, my daughter and her fiancé were advised by management that they had no information regarding the event and would not allow the event to occur unless a $2,500 fee was paid. Keep in mind the place didn't have to provide any services at all as the wedding was standup and would only last 15 minutes. The manager advised the upcoming newly weds four hours before the event was to happen. You can only imagine the anxiety level as there were family members who had flown in to attend the event. There were three deluxe rooms and one suite that had been reserved. Two of the deluxe rooms and the suite were for two nights and one deluxe room was for three nights. These rooms are not cheap! But because the event was to take place on the grounds, it seemed reasonable for family members to stay at the resort. Once the manager refused to budge from his position, the entire family and friends worked together to locate another venue. Success was had just an hour before the ceremony. We found a beautiful resort named Casa de Monte located in Palm Springs, CA. This resort once they found out what the Two Bunch Palms had done, they immediately set up chairs, had an arch for the couple to say their vows, played music, ceremony was in a secluded area and the grounds were magnificent! What a life savor this place was and they did not price gouge us either like Two Bunch Palms was trying to do. Back to Two Bunch Palms: the grounds are in dire need of maintenance. No room service. Will only provide additional towels and empty trash when requested. Not customer service oriented and price gouging by adding $3.00 per drink to the price listed for mixes used and ice. BUYER BE WARNED! We'll NEVER stay here again nor will family members and friends who were with us!

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. Recent visit one week ago. Never, never disappointed and if something needs to be fixed, it is fixed! Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Just go with it....pretend you are on "island time"! The experience is so wonderful, the pools heavenly, the grounds so pretty to walk through. Anxious for the new section to open up and the spa to be open, in fact have booked another stay at the end of this month. Don't really like walking to parking, wish there was valet service especially on hot days! maybe that will change later?? they have a new chef, new menu. Maybe a little too healthy but still good, if there more than a couple days may want to head into Palm Springs town for a change or some "comfort" food. Lunch menu does offer your burger and fries, and the Beyond Beef burger- YAY! They do have the most scrumptious cocktails to choose from! Glad to see regular towels back at the pools! Glad to see the activities resuming too! So much fun and such a nice break during the day. Suggested they post the events daily somewhere (they used to have a chalkboard up by the old check in house) that guests could see otherwise you would certainly miss them as only available online or for the asking at the desk. We ran into quite a few guests that had no idea that activities were even offered. We had Angel card readings, Sage cleanse, and Sip and paint last week!! Fun! The Yoga classes are to resume this month so excited about that! We love Two Bunch! Even though it is changing so much, it is still a little piece of heaven on earth! Love that is quiet, serene....you can hear wind through the palms...ahhh
