Start with the most spectacular views one can imagine. Waking each day to the beauty of the morning Sun glistening on the Pacific Ocean along with the most perfectly manicured grounds I've ever witnessed and you've discovered the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. Without a doubt one of the finest properties under the Ritz label. The hotel sits on a cliff nestled...

My husband and I spent 4 nights here and sadly left unimpressed, in several aspects. I would like to disclose that our stay at the Ritz was just about a year ago. I distinctly remember writing a review for this property, and noticed just today that it was never posted. Not sure what happened, but nevertheless felt compelled to go...

I had an extraordinary experience at this hotel. My clients frequently house me at high end hotels, but this one is way beyond the luxury norm. The rooms are lovely as expected, and quite roomy. The food is excellent, as are the conference facilities. Many rooms have ocean views. The staff is unusually helpful. And, if you're staying on the...

Tagged along on my husbands business trip and was so happy I did. This was a beautiful property with top notch service. We could open the doors of our small balcony and de the crystal ocean and sit and feel the warm sun. The staff was very attentive and polite. The food was very good. I would def return

Unbelievable setting overlooking the Pacific with a beautiful beach. Facilities are very nice but rooms are average for this type of property. Food was excellent. No beach service in winter and spa is on the small side. Good for romantic weekend getaway but rooms will take some of the shine off of the stay.

Stayed here for a company conference. Overall the hotel is in good condition and very clean. Having a balcony to sit outside was nice and the bed was comfortable. Work space was limited and connectivity was odd but I guess you don't come here to do a lot of work. Wireless was ok but had trouble with hard wired access....

Staying at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna/Dana Point was one of the best weekends I have experienced in years. My boyfriend and I went for a romantic getaway and were there in one hour. The food was so superb that we never left the hotel. We booked the trip through the American Express Fine Resorts program and were happy to...

I am staying here because my conference hotel (St. Regis) was overbooked. I'm not paying for it so should be indifferent. Nonetheless, as a seasoned traveler, I understand quality and this dated gem is lacking in service and quality. My interior courtyard (no water view) room cost $500 per night. For that I would expect a very modern room but...

Great staff, restaurants, views. Only drawback was menus were limited for people with allergies. The gym is fabulous with views of the ocean while you work out. The decor is pretty. 2 pools to use with hot tubs.

Putting on the Ritz was what the Ritz Carlton Dana Point did. From the moment we drove up to the Hotel everyone greeted us with smiles and helping hands. The hotel sits up high on a bluff overlooking Catalina Island and the Pacific Ocean. When you entered the hotel there were beautiful floral arrangements lining the foyer and a live-feed...
