I booked the hotel through hot wire for 6 days from Aug. 09-Aug. 15. Since hotwire had not mentioned the name of the hotel, therefore I had no idea, which hotel I am going to get. Once I gave my credit card information, I was given Bridge Point. I checked the reviews of the hotel, and try to cancel, but...

I booked this hotel through a third party site (hotels.com). My plans changed, and I needed to stay a night less than I had reserved. The staff told me I was responsible for the full reservation. They directed me to the third party site to attempt to make the changes in the reservation. After talking to hotels.com, I was told...

Pay more and stay somewhere else! Dirty and moldy bathroom. Not sure if the sheets were even clean. Front desk was rude and not helpful. They overbooked, and some folks with reservations did not have a room, and there was no help or support. Food options are terrible too. Do not be fooled by positive reviews or photos, must be...

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and it was NOT what the pictures presented! I was very disappointed as it was not super cheap and in a sketchy neighborhood. The toilet did not flush, there was what looked like a used bar of soap open on one of the towels, the room was supposed to be a non smoking...

Hotel was nothing like in the pictures. The neighborhood was frightening and very sketchy. Hair on the sheets, towels were wet and there were only two all though there were three of us, carpet smelled like pee. Never again!

Not the greatest place in SF for the money. Torn mattress cover sheet, one light was missing a switch to turn it on. Super sketch area, very industrial. Furniture is all Ikea, not there us abutting wrong with that. Would do in a pinch, spend $40.00 more and go to Travelodge in town.

Have been coming here for all my 49er games and have really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and the rooms are really nice and the prices are very reasonable. It is the nicest hotel in the area and has newly renovated rooms. Did not have any issues with noise and the place is extremely clean and quaint. I have...

When we pulled through the neighborhood in the dark we were immediately calling trying too find a new hotel. The neighborhood is a little iffy at first glance but our experience with this hotel has been nothing but great. Very clean rooms that are updated, extremely nice front desk attendant. Far away from quiet a few things but the bus...
