This was a great property location and we had an enjoyable stay. Underground parking was iffy but doable for my F-150 truck, The facilities are well kept in and attractive setting in a very good location.

My family and I stayed at this establishment at the end of July of this year. We were looking to explore the other side of the island and the hotel looked nice; we had never stayed there before and never will again It started with a rather unhelpful conversation at the front desk, then proceed when we asked where the elevator was located and we were rather harshly told, "it's right in front of you." That was before we had even gotten to the room and the experience fell drastically below our expectations from this point on. The room its self was, to put it lightly, loathsome. The room was entirely awful and tiny; with only two pillows per bed and a microscopic restroom, we were disenchanted with our stay. The terror truly started that night though. There was loud (not to mention distasteful) music at all hours of the night and smoking right outside the door perpetually. This Best Western offered breakfast; but due to COVID-19, you simply point at what you want behind glass. There was a limited and ice cold selection of which, a chilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich was a highlight, this is rather sad to look back on. We later stayed that the Hotel Del Coronado, which I remind you is under construction. We were absolutely delighted with the selection of activities, not to mention shops, restaurants, and a three minute walk to the ocean. The history and beauty of The Lady by the Sea is something we aim to return to again and again for years to come. In conclusion, that Best Western was the single worst stay we have ever had in our collective memories. It made the trashy inner city motels and the Holiday Inns seem quaint and of a better time. We will never stay again and thinking of it brings back memories of a cheap, unacceptable, and just plain sad ordeal. Please, I urge you do not stay at simply shameful location.…

I was very phrased with how nice the last was who had checked me in she gave me some idea where to eat and location to go surf!! She was so sweet the girl was very quiet I only heard one loud thump once in the week I was in this hotel. I find that amazing.
