Would recommend!!! So clean and staff was so helpful. Originally I chose the hotel because it was the cheapest option on booking.com but then after getting there I realized it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at (especially considering the price). So much space and layout was better than anywhere else
This is an older hotel and in need of refurbishing. Mattress was broken down. Some mold in the shower. Generally worn appearing in the bathroom. Lobby ok, but not inviting. During Covid times didn’t expect much from common areas.
I choose to stay here based on positive reviews, it is pet friendly(and free!!) which is important to me, it turns out to be a very good choice, staff are friendly, room is clean, bathroom working well, bed is comfortable, decent breakfast, only issue is a bit noise during night, sound proof can be better, overall I like this hotel a lot!
I was just traveling through the area for the fires and chose this hotel to stay at for my flight home. I always use the digital key ops option, but I still had to go get a physical key to insert in to the power slot for my room. Also - the digital key would not work the door next to the pool. Grrrr. My room was clean, spacious, modern. No issues at all with the room. I would have taken pics, but after having to go get the physical key, I was just irritated and tired.
I booked 2 rooms for 1 night (June 29) at this hotel. The hotel put a big sign requiring everyone entering it to wear a facial mask. So I put a mask on and then got in the lobby. I was appalled that the front desk lady (her name is Teran) wasn't wearing a mask at all. So I stared at her for a minute before she realized she was violating the policy of her own hotel and then she put a mask on, but still she didn't say a word to me until another minute later. The first sentence from her mouth was "you check in?" I've never seen before a hotel staff working at the front desk is so rude. I'm a Hilton Diamond member, which comes with some benefits like bottled water and snacks upon check in, but she never said a word about that until I specifically reminded her that I needed some water. The snacks should have already been put in a bag before we arrived, but this time she just handed me the bottled water and snacks. When I asked her to give me a bag, she started looking for bags but had trouble getting one. Then she gave me the excuse that "she was just back from a vacation", which means at that moment she knew she did an awful job. Again, she didn't tell me how the breakfast service was provided until I specifically asked her. The noise insulation was really poor. I was woken up by the very very loud noise coming from the room upstairs when It's passed the midnight. I heard clearly the guests were walking, moving their roller bags, taking showers, flushing the toilet. etc. No one can sleep in such a terrible condition, for which I don't blame the guests upstairs. It's totally the responsibility of the hotel. Overall it's a terrible place to stay. Avoid it anyway if you can.…
